A story that follows a woman living in the city who learns to depend on herself and ultimately finds success in love and life.

Yuan Meihua used to be part of a loving family. In order to take care of her daughter and her mother-in-law, she resigns from her job. However, an incident brings about a life-altering change that pushes their family to the brink of collapse. In spite of Meihua's efforts, her marriage ends in divorce. Choi Soo Jung has the role of the older brother of Bae Yong Joon in a drama that gives us the impact of having love for the first time. He plays the role of Sung Chan Hyuk who is gifted with artistic talent. Bae Yong Joon plays the character of Sung Chanwoo, who gives in his secret first love to his older brother and tries to become "a seed of the wheat" by sacrificing himself for the family’s happiness instead of going after his own ambition.
