Portrays three people as they live on the islands of Lake Toya in Hokkaido, Hachijojima in Tokyo, and Dojima in Osaka. Maki lives near Lake Toya, and has lived as a "woman" ever since her daughter passed away. Meanwhile, Makoto is a cattle herder living on Hachijojima who is confounded when his daughter comes home pregnant. And, Reiko visits her hometown of Dojima for the funeral of her former boyfriend.

Mishima Kiko was exploited by her own family. When she was little, her mother neglected her. In the southernmost part of Japan, 20 fishing boats of an unknown nationality suddenly fire upon and occupy parts of the Hateruma archipelago. Members of the Japan Coast Guard are detained. Under the extremely tense situation, the Japanese government sends Aircraft Carrier Ibuki and an escort fleet to the area. Ryota Akitsu (Hidetoshi Nishijima) is the captain of the Aircraft Carrier Ibuki and Toshiya Niinami (Kuranosuke Sasaki) is second-in-command. It is now 6:23 am. and Japan faces one day which they never have before.

Po Ching is an OCD patient, with serious symptoms of mysophobia. His “quirkiness” has isolated him. It is until he meets a weird girl Chen Ching, that his dull life begins to change. Gothic And Lolita Psycho is a fun, comic book style action revenge film(sort of a low-rent Kill Bill without Tarantino's genius, of course; but if you feel like killing an hour and a half with a cute actress(Rina Akiyama-voted best butt in Japan a few years ago) this Japanese revenge blood and dismemberment fest is a thrill a minute. After witnessing her mother's killing, Yuki(Akiyama) spends her time seeking revenge on the bad guys with well choreographed fight scenes and a cool black leather outfit. The only disappointment is no nudity, only much blood spouting from necks, arms & legs and every imaginable body part.
