Tells the story of a judicial trainee named Kim Yo Han. After going undercover for an investigation, Kim Yo Han experiences a crisis and ends up struggling to try to obtain a hand of cards that will change his fate as he gambles in prison. Kim Yo Han is prudent and always thinking a few moves ahead, and he keeps a poker face on. Although he gets into a dangerous situation when he becomes embroiled in an unexpected incident during the investigation, he’ll continue to fight to survive and manage to grow with his ability to turn a crisis into an opportunity.

Takami has a painful past. She has worked as a reporter for 2 years at a broadcasting station. She works on the news program "Afternoon Japan," but the program is on the brink of being cancelled. She is proud of her work as a reporter. One day, a female high school student is kidnapped. Takami and her senior reporter Taichi chase after a scoop on the case in hopes of reviving their news program. Aom is a writer who got swindled out of her house during her trip to Korea. She finds out that her house was sold to Mike and in an attempt to get her possessions back, she enters a contract marriage with Mike for one year. Though she lost everything, Aom remains optimistic and takes things in strike. What started out as a business relationship between the two becomes personal as they start to care for each other.

Even though Numneung's parents don't agree, they get married and Petch takes Namneung to his house. There, Namneung meets Petch's mother Taptim and Petch's sister Ploy. They seem unfriendly and cold to her, especially Ploy, who looks as if she hated Namneung from the first second they meet because she is disabled due to an accident caused by Namneung's father. This seems to be a part of a revenge.

This is the story of a junior who secretly loves his senior but does not have the courage to reveal his true feelings. No matter how much time passes by, the love in his heart remains true and never fades away. How long does he have to keep his one-sided love to himself?

Worrapat Rungreungwattana is just an ordinary guy who lives an ordinary life, but his heart is taken by a senior whom he had secretly admired since his university days. Poramet Potiwat is a nice young man who speaks very little. He prefers to express his emotions via his gaze rather than his words. Even though he is a quiet man, he likes to help others and is very kind.
