As he had joined the company with the sole desire to create tour packages, Endo became really depressed and started entertaining thoughts of leaving the company. His staff are mostly women, and one of them, Morio Haruko is downright hostile to him. The only one who seems to show any kindness to him is Baba Hanae. Hikari Tachibana works in the emergency control room and gathers location information from callers with her special hearing ability. She passes on the information to Detective Shogo Higuchi in the emergency call response unit. Detective Shogo Higuchi then goes out with his team to save the victims. They must respond as quickly as possible during a crime's golden hour.
