The fourth season of the popular medical drama starring Sakaguchi Kenji that portrays cutting-edge medical treatments in a thrilling overall package. Three years after the previous season, brilliant surgeon Asada Ryutaro (Sakaguchi) and his "Team Dragon" are back to achieve their goal of creating the perfect hospital where patients are the priority again. Two new exciting additions to the characters include Asada's former teacher (Hira Mikijiro) and a competent management consultant of the government (Takahashi Katsunori). The story in this season focuses on globalization.

A flood could hit Bangkok, so, to avoid problems, BB and Bambam are sent by their mother, who is about to leave for New Zealand, to live with their grandmother in the countryside, like when they where kids. When BB meets Mint, her ex boyfriend when she was a teenager, she finds him very grown up; former motorpunk in the past, he is now fully dedicated to his garden. Also BB changed through the years; she's now a famous net idol and she denies the time when she was a rebel teenager. Despite having a boyfriend, the closeness with Mint leads her to reconsider her feelings. At the same time, Bambam meets again Beau, a childhood friend who has always had a secret crush for her.

Fujio Hanaoka, Seiji Kirihara, Shinya Oochi, Masaya Oochi, Madoka Ishii, and Arata Maekawa are close friends who grew up together. While celebrating Seiji's birthday, the group unearths their ten-year-old time capsule, and create a new one, containing penned letters to their future selves, for ten years on. Unbeknownst to the group, they would experience a life-altering tragedy that would not only alter their reality but force them to reassess the verity of their time capsule messages.

This revelation leads Dan Bi to begin searching for her birth mother by using her adoptive father's will as leverage, not knowing that the truth about what happened to her birth father is directly tied to the chairman. She encounters several people along the way: the chairman's grandson who falls for Dan Bi but is uncertain of the outcome if they became a couple; a divorced lawyer whom Dan Bi loves, but whose father is also connected to her birth father, which is the reason why the lawyer's mother disapproves of Dan Bi for her son; the lawyer's ex-wife, and their daughter who likes Dan Bi more than her own mother; a step-sister who sees Dan Bi as a roadblock to climbing the corporate ladder; and an ailing doctor who was not only the love of Dan Bi's adoptive father's life, but knows the real truth about Dan Bi's parentage.

This is a story about four women living together in the same villa. Each has a very different attitude towards love.
