Momoko Uchida lives in an expensive apartment in Tokyo. She is a manga writer. Momoko Uchida is in her second marriage and has a son attending a university. Her friend Mizuki Tomizawa is the same age her and lives in the same apartment building. One day, a newlywed couple, including wife Rumi Kamoi, move into the same apartment building. The newlywed husband is Momoko Uchida's ex-husband. They divorced 20 years ago.

Kusakari Hotaru is married to Kusakari Goro and she works as a pharmacist. She holds a secret that she is really a ninja and part of Koka Ninja’s family. Her husband holds a routine job as a postal delivery man, but he has a secret as well. He is also a ninja and pat of Iga Ninja’s family. Even though Kusakari Hotaru and Kusakari Goro are a married couple, they are unaware their partner is a ninja. Saitip, a psychologist providing counseling for kids and families, comes back home with a degree in Psychology and willingness to work. Korn, son of a school owner, is to inherit the school business from his mom. He has to do everything to make his mom and the teachers accept him. He initiates a project 'Sweet Broken Home' to help five trouble making kids who are about to get dismissed from the school.They all similarly come from broken homes. Korn must succeed in his project, or else the five kids would be dismissed. Saitip is hired as a new counseling teacher to help him solve this problem together.

It is the second season of Sisters Over Flowers, where celebrities come together on a trip to many places around the world, such as the Amazon Jungle and Mexico. On their trip, they complete certain missions to collect puzzle pieces and eventually, the few of them who manage to collect all pieces of the puzzle will get to go to Antarctica, to continue their journey.

The story revolves around the detective guards of Liu Shan Men, as they work together to solve the mysterious cases of Jianghu.
