In a past life, Xiao Jing Chen, a great general, sacrificed himself in order to save Lu Bai, a fairy fox. Now, in the modern day, Lu Bai has tracked down the reincarnated Xiao Jing Chen to watch over and protect him. Xiao Jing Chen is now a college student called Xiao Mo, and he is the only one who can protect Lu Bai's clan against the evil Wolf Clan. The Wolf Clan wants to seize and obtain the power of a sacred stone, which fell on Earth thousands of years ago and has been under the protection of the Fox Clan ever since. But what will be their relationship? Will Lu Bai be able to fulfill his mission?

Kitamichi (Mirai Moriyama) is a 19-year-old labor worker who only went far as middle school. He's now hooked on alcohol while playing around. Kitamichi develops feelings for Yasuko (Atsuko Maeda), who works in a used used bookstore, but he has never had a girlfriend or, currently, any friends. Kitamichi also meets Kusakabe (Kengo Kora) who he becomes friends with. Jealousy soon threatens their friendship.

The story is set during a time where the Tang Dynasty was at war. Lei Fa is the daughter of a respected Sai Leung general. Her mother died when she was young, so she has been raised by her father and brothers and developed a forthright, outspoken personality as a result.[1] Her martial arts master, the Holy Mother of Lei Mountain, tells her that she is destined to marry a Tang citizen and their marriage will unite the two kingdoms and bring about a time of peace and harmony. Unfortunately for her, her destined husband turns out to be Sit Ding San. His father is Sit Yan Kwai, a renowned and loyal general of the Tang Dynasty. The Sit family is very prejudiced against Sai Leung citizens, as they have long been at war against each other. The show follows Lei Fa as she wins Ding San's love, his family's affections and the respect and loyalty of the Tang troops.

Only true love's kiss can break the spell thinks everyone loves her, so when she was challenged to break the spell. Of course Lallalit thinks it would be a piece of cake to find somebody love her but to her surprise she overhears people talking badly about her, hating her for being rotten.
