Su Wan Yan, the eldest of the Su Group, caught her fiancé and step-sister having an affair at the wedding. She was angry and chose Qin Tian Ling, the president of the Qin family, who came to the wedding banquet as her new husband. It turned out that Su Wan Yan found out that her father had caused the car accident which resulted in the death of her biological mother three years ago, so she chose Qin Tian Ling as her revenge tool. The Crime Victims Support Unit exists within each prefectural police. The job of the unit is to provide all sorts of information such as the progress of an investigation or trial, give advice as well as help out in the lives of victims, who have unwittingly ended up involved in crimes, and their family members. This work is not confined to specialised knowledge-based support, but covers a wide range from being there for scarred victims, assisting in funeral services to dealing with the mass media and arranging for taxis for moves. While unit members may visit a scene with investigators, they have not been empowered with the authority to investigate so far. However, Togakure Tetsuya (Takahashi Katsunori) who was once a detective of the Kyoto Prefectural Police’s First Investigative Division, has the conviction that what victims and their family want to know the most, is the truth. He would embark on his own informal investigations as an extension of the usual assistance, with the backing of Iwase Koichiro (Matsudaira Ken), the head of the Police Affairs Department, and guides cases to swift resolution.

Marzi revolves around a young girl, Manaal (Rabab Hashim) as she struggles with her unrequited love for Zain (Junaid Khan). Belonging to a middle class family, Manaal and her mother are dependent on her sister Afeera (Jana Malik) who is married to Irfan (Babar Ali), an influential businessman. Irfan’s dominating and demeaning behaviour, makes him the sole patriarch of his family. While on the other hand, Zain is a radio jockey and a singer in Irfan’s FM company. After a couple of meetings, Manaal falls in love with Zain while Zain remains sceptical about his feelings. Upon knowing about Manaal’s family background, Zain steps back as he fears getting involved with Irfan’s family. Irfan's vicious planning against Zain and Manaal makes him put Zain under fake kidnapping charges of Manaal. Manaal being reckless and rebellious at heart asks Zain to fight for themselves.
