"Hancho - Jinnansho Azumihan" centers around the newly established Jinnan Police Precinct in Harajuku, Shibuya ward, Tokyo. Although small in size (staff consists of six detectives), the members of Jinnan Police Precinct work diligently to protect the area under Chief Azumi.

Goo Hae Ra is 21-years-old. Her dream is to debut as a singer to let people know about her late father's musical compositions. Goo Hae Ra then takes part in the music TV contest program SuperstarK 2 with her childhood twin friends Kang Se Jong and Kang Se Chan.

They get through the local tryouts and are selected to take part in the program. At super week, Goo Hae Ra, Kang Se Jong and Kang Se Chan area teamed with Henry, Lee Woo Ri and Jang Goon, but due to unexpected incident they lose. They go back to their daily lives.

Several years later, through a shocking incident, the team gather again and make their debut.

After years of toiling away as an assistant in the fashion photography industry, Jo Sam Dal—who changes her name to Jo Eun Hye in Seoul—finally succeeds and makes it to the top. However, when everything she’s worked so hard to build comes crashing down in the blink of an eye, she returns to Samdalri, where people still know her as Sam Dal and not Eun Hye.

Although Jo Yong Pil and Jo Sam Dal used to be joined at the hip when they were younger, the once inseparable friends are no longer in contact with one another due to an incident that drove them apart. When Jo Sam Dal returns to Samdalri, however, they find that the longtime affection they once had for one another comes rushing back.
