Teacher Makino works in the health room at an elementary school as a pediatrician. He used to work at a university hospital, but due to a new attempt to have doctors stationed at schools, he was sent to the elementary school. There is hidden story behind that. At the school, he has bushy hair and a sullen look. He nags the students with things like "Don’t sleep in the bed without my permission" and "Stay away from the health room as much as possible.” He is a doctor that complains a lot and carries an attitude, but he can spot abnormalities in children with his excellent observational eyes, and he is able to save these children, their families, and sometimes even the teachers.

Hyakkaou Private Academy is a prestigious institution for the privileged, which was first established 122 years ago. The students there are ranked by their gambling winnings. Yumeko Jabami has a pretty appearance, but she is a gambling maniac who loves high stakes.

Hiyama Atsuhiro is a car mechanic and an engineer at Supika Racing Factory. Hiyama Naozumi is a troublemaker yet a talented young driver for Supika Racing Factory, who hopes to advance to the World Rally Championship. He is also Atsuhiro's younger brother. Kanoko Tsukishiro is a 26 year old woman who's never been in love. She works in the editorial department. Saku Kagaya is a popular novelist who can not love. Somehow, they end up falling in love with each other.

The story centers on the titular "committee," comprised of a martial artist, a musician, and an executive, who listen to the stories of clients who come in to hear their judgment. Clients come in and tell their stories about their romantic lives, focusing on points where they think they might have had sex, but ended up not doing it. The committee then delivers their judgment on whether or not they think the client might have actually ended up having sex at that point if something had been different.

Rosuke Narumi (Sho Sakurai) works at a trading company and he is pretty good at his job. He dates Satoko Matsubara (Mikako Tabe). The trading company has a business relationship with a private high school experiencing some difficulties. One day, Rosuke Narumi is appointed as the principle of the private high school. Rosuke Narumi soon discovers how different the work environment is from his previous job.

So the school can run in the black, Rosuke Narumi implements cost cutting measures. School staff members including Chihiro Mashiba (Yu Aoi) oppose his plan.

Satake Junko has been arrested as the main suspect in the serial killing of 5 men. The news is making sensational headlines in variety and talk shows too. Tanabe Junko is a journalist who starts investigating into the murders, with the hope of getting a scoop out of it. She contacted Shinoda Junko, an ex-middle high school classmate of Satake, who claims to be buddies with her. Shinoda invited Tanabe to come up to her office for a chat. Meanwhile, having seen Tanabe on TV, Fukutome Junko, an ex-colleague of hers, called her up and invited her to her home. Tanabe paid her a visit, thinking she has a lead on the case, but instead, Fukutome, now a housewife, just keeps talking about her problem with the hierarchy within her company housing complex.

Kazuko Yamase is an emotionally battered 23-year-old casual part-time worker after losing her job and being dumped by her boyfriend. One day, she buys a knitted teddy bear that she fell in love at first sight. When she gets home, the bear suddenly starts talking. The former owner of the bear is a 5-year-old child whose parents were murdered. For some reason, the spirit of Amano Yasuo, a middle-aged detective who was killed in the line of duty while investigating this case, is in the bear. Kazuko and Amano quarrel, but put their minds together and set out to shed light on the case that Amano was pursuing while alive.

Makoto (Kyoko Yoshine) transfers to Omotesando High School in Tokyo from Kagawa Prefecture. Makoto was enthusiastic in the chorus back at her old high school and she looks forwards to joining the well-known chorus at Omotesando High School. Additionally, her prior teacher, Ariake Suzuki (Yuu Shirota), is now an advisor of the chorus at Omotesando High School. He taught her the joys of the chorus. But, the chorus at Omotesando High School is now in decline and is set to be abolished. Makoto decides to rebuild the chorus.

One day, the father of Ikenouchi Miku (Morikawa Aoi) starts a boarding house and her high school classmate, Narahashi Sohei (Chinen Yuri), moves in to live under the same roof. Miku is initially opposed to it, but gradually falls for Sohei who does not have a care in the world. However, he already has a girlfriend...

Heisuke Hara (Ryo Nishikido) works as a teacher at an all boys high school in Shizuoka Prefecture. 15 years ago he had an unfortunate accident which made his life go crazy. He has since become obsessed with his hometown and the school where he graduated from.
