A coastal city in Brazil. Kai arrives from Taiwan for holidays with a broken heart. A broken air conditioner sends her into Fu Ang’s umbrella store. He could become a friend, but the rainy season doesn't arrive and his shop disappears. While looking for Fu Ang, Kai discovers the story of Xiaoxin and a group of Chinese workers in a posh skyscraper. Kai finds herself strangely mirrored in Xiaoxin’s tale.

Disney’s hit High School Musical franchise remade for the Chinese movie market, with a remake of the 2006 TV movie, starring an all-Chinese cast and featuring a new screenplay. High School Musical: China features six young idols as high school teenagers chasing their dreams in the inter-school singing competition. Expect lotsof dazzling song-and-dance sequences like in the originals, but with unique Chinese elements in the story, themusic, and the dancechoreography.“We wrote an original screenplay from the ground up. This is inspired by the spirit of the first one. The young stars are not as well known as they will be soon. An ageing fishing boat, Dai-go Fukuryu Maru "Lucky Dragon No. 5" sets out from the port of Yaizu in Shizuoka Prefecture. It travels around the Pacific line fishing. While the ship is near Bikini Atoll, the ship's navigator sees a flash. All the crew come up to watch. They realize it is an atomic explosion, but take time to clear their fishing gear. A short time later, grey ash starts to fall on the ship. When the ship returns to port the sailors have been burned brown. They unload the fish, which are then transported away. They visit the local doctor and then go to Tokyo for an examination. It turns out they are all highly radioactive. Their symptoms become worse, and the contaminated fish causes a panic. The men are taken to hospitals in Tokyo, leaving their families behind. The radio operator, Kuboyama (Jukichi Uno), dies from the radiation.

When the sun sets, the Hongs, the perfect model family, busy themselves with the family thieving business. As descendants of Hong Gil-dong, the Joseon Kingdom's (1392-1910) Robin Hood who stole from the rich to give to the hardworking poor, they scheme to fight against corrupt business mogul (Kim Soo-ro). But the family secret becomes a problem when Hong Mu-hyeok (Lee Beom-soo) plans to marry his girlfriend.

The film started production in 1995 and it was just completed in 2012, hence the 2012 date. In 1997 (the not-to-distant future, in their eyes), Tokyo has been torn apart by gang violence, and two organizations in particular, the Japanese nationalist Kamikaze and the Chinese-immigrant led Baihubang, are embroiled in a bitter feud resulting from decades-long racial tensions. As things boil over into all-out war, two women fall into forbidden love, and a lesbian Romeo & Juliet love affair--of sorts--begins.

Based on real life stories from the director's life, and those known to him. It is set in the South Korean countryside around a U.S. military base, and particularly involves the villages that are affected by its presence. This includes an unstable, near psychotic American soldier who survives on a diet of LSD and rage, Eun-ok, a girl with one defective eye, Jihum a lonesome boy and Chang-guk, who lives in an old abandoned U.S. Air Force bus with his mother. She has taught Chang-guk English in an attempt to prepare him for their new life in America, reunited with his father who she mails regularly, although the letters are always returned "address unknown.

Plot summary : A salesman from Delta Works, a London-based computerized database, offers a one month free trial that seems uninteresting until he mentions that an operator, always selected from a group of young women in their 20's nick-named "Delta Ladies", will also be supplied in the trial period. Poo arrives at the one-man Aida Detective Agency with the Delta Mazelan 'F' Series hardware. A dragon fish has been stolen by Tetsu Tobiyama and biologist Thomas Earwing seeks its return (the Super-Red variety is worth 10 million yen). The system fails to provide info about Tetsu, but Poo worms her way into a top secret file at Delta headquarters, finding that he supplies trained assassins for use worldwide. Searching tropical fish outlets where Tobiyama shops for supplies, Poo is led to Natsuro, living alone with fish tanks, one of which contains a dragon fish.
