Focuses on two insomniac schoolmates, a boy named Ganta and a girl named Isaki. Both worry about their constant lack of sleep. After a chance meeting in the school's observatory-turned-storage room, the two share secrets, and begin having an unusual connection.

Tezuka Osamu’s beloved manga, Black Jack, is being remade into another Jdrama, this time starring Issei Takahashi. Manga synopsis: Many of the tales feature Black Jack undertaking altruistic acts, seldom receiving acknowledgment. He frequently heals the impoverished and downtrodden without charge or imparts lessons in humility to the arrogant. Some narratives conclude with a virtuous individual enduring adversity, often facing unavoidable demise, in order to rescue others.

Big F, who‘s just gotten out of prison, wastes no time in tracking down his old comrades, picking up bowling alley employee Crazy B, back-alley hairstylist Johnny T and mechanic East L in quick succession. As it turns out, Big F wants to rob a truck transporting dirty money across the Mainland-Hong Kong border, and to do that, the gang‘s got to pose as police officers. On the day of the heist, the men set off in their minibus-turned-police-vehicle dressed as cops and armed with BB guns. What they don‘t know is that another group of criminals also has its sights set on the truck – and those people have AK-47s.

Based on Kenichi Kawakami's novel. 8-year old boy, Shinpei, who loves fishing and painting, lives with his beautiful mother, surrounded by nature. His mother, Satsuki, has a weak constitution and lost her husband years ago. She takes care of her son lovingly but sometimes strictly, on her own. Shinpei's childhood sweetheart, Sayuri, is deaf, but somehow they can understand each other and they always spend time together. One day, big news comes to their town: Shinpei's picture received the Grand Prize in a Children's Pictures Exhibition in Paris. On the night that Sayuri's father, Takakura, holds a celebration party for Shinpei, Satsuki leaves her son in Takakura's care and goes out of the house. Feeling uneasy, Shimpei goes to look for her but finds his mother dead, lying calmly and peacefully in the beautiful, white snow...Fast forward to the future, Shinpei has been offered a fake job in Tokyo. Sayuri's father arranged everything so that Shinpei would not interfere with Sayuri's marriage.

Choi Hae Kab (Kim Yoon Seok) has been a leftist activist since his university days and having a wife (Oh Yeon Su) and three children hasn't stopped him from fighting the man. He makes documentaries about social issues, thumbs his nose at the government and raises his kids with a devil-may-care attitude. His children are used to his eccentricities at this point. Hae Kab doesn't mind if they don't go to school and he doesn't worry when his son Na Ra (Baek Seung Hwan, Silenced) runs away from home. One day, Hae Kab's old friend Man Deok (Kim Sung Kyun) shows up with bad news: their hometown, the southern rural island of Deul, is being sold to a resort developer. With a new fight ahead, Hae Kab picks up and moves the entire family back to Deul for a back-to-basics life.

Winnie, a Beijing lady in her late twenties, is regarded by her elder brother and sister-in-law as an old maid. From time to time, they exert pressure on Winnie to get married so that she will move out to vacant her room for their kids. However, given the rocketing property prices in Beijing, she cannot afford to buy an apartment of her own. Misfortune always strikes twice: Winnie is then abandoned by her boyfriend, and becomes the target of malicious gossip in D.O.G., the company where she works. She is very depressed indeed.

This film promises another new experience in Korean-style zombie films.
