A story about dementia with father-daughter relationship.

Portrays three people as they live on the islands of Lake Toya in Hokkaido, Hachijojima in Tokyo, and Dojima in Osaka. Maki lives near Lake Toya, and has lived as a "woman" ever since her daughter passed away.
