With Kie and her family facing many tragedies in life, she turns to the spiritual and goes to pray at a shrine. A priest there tells her that her family is facing karma caused by her gangster ancestor. After Kie decides to perform a ritual, she finds herself back in time in the body of a man who had been killed. She meets all the gang members including her own great grandfather, Khung. While getting to know him, Kie attempts to prevent Khung from performing the action that would lead to her family's misfortune.

Myung Deuk is a detective. While working on a case involving a criminal organization, he comes across money belonging to the crime group. Myung Deuk is soon chased by the police and the crime group.

Zhou Nan (played by Mu Tong), a passionate young man in Bengcheng, is entrusted by market administrator Li Daguang (played by An Zehao) to help him find the lost adopted daughter Li Yan. Inukai is caught between his roles as a detective and a father, but begins to track down the criminal. "Salaryman NEO" is a comedic show revolving around office life. It first started as a special program in 2004, but NHK turned it into a regular show in 2006. It will start its 6th season on May 10.

This movie version will be an original story. Koike plays a new employee at a beer company, while Namase plays his boss who has odd habits. Turmoil erupts as a new product plan is revealed in an impromptu meeting, insuring a gloomy future for employees. Sawamura Ikki and Hiraizumi Sei will be among the supporting cast.

Although Namase has been on "Salaryman NEO" since the beginning, Koike is a new addition. Their last time acting together was in the second "Gokusen" television series in 2005.

The story unfolds as Hiroji Nonoyama,a loner staff of a janitorial services, finds a coat with 500,000 yen in a concert hall. He eventually finds the owner of the coat and they become friends. As they get to know each other, Nonoyama reveals why he became the person like he is now.

In the year 2012, three delinquents including Atsuya discover that their hideout, a run-of-the-mill general store, was owned by an elderly man who gave free advice to worried people through letters. Something weird happens during late hours of the night and Atsuya realizes that a letter will be thrown into the mailbox at midnight. It is a letter asking for advice addressed to the Namiya General Store written by a person 32 years ago. Incredibly, the mailbox was connected to the past, in the year 1980. While confused, Atsuya writes a reply in place of the shopkeeper. The group keeps replying as another letter is sent, then another.

Eun Ah lost her family at the hands of a serial killer. She is now mentally and physically destroyed. Eun Ah then decides to get revenge. She enlists the help of four people marginalized by society including a North Korean defector, ex-gang member and a person heavily in debt. All four persons need organ transplants. Eun Ah's plan is then set in motion. 

Sumiko is a university student who is blessed (or suffers) from a special ability to instantly grasp the BPM (beats per minute) of almost anything. One day she meets a boy who inexplicably sends her own BPM off the charts!
