By day, Jung-Hoon (Lee Je-Hoon) is a hard working police officer and by night Jung-Hoon spies on his beautiful college student neighbor Jin-A (Ko Sung-Hee). Jung-Hoon's life outside of work revolves around his beautiful neighbor. He has her apartment bugged with surveillance cameras and he watches her whenever he is not at work.

One evening, Jung-Hoon witnesses a horrifying event. He witnesses Jin-A being strangled to death by her former lover. Jung-Hoon becomes frozen and is unable to call the police due to his own illegal taping activities. Soon, Jung-Hoon becomes entangled with the three other men involved in the life and death of Jin-A.

A rumor spreads that when the bullet trains first runs (one coming from the north and one coming from south) and at the exact moment the two trains crosses paths energy is released and wishes will be granted to those that witness the event. Koichi hears of the rumor and implements a plan with his younger brother to reunite his family ....

Kanako is dating Hideo. He is an unpopular actor. They have dated for 10 years with Kanako supporting him. She has worked at a bento factory, but she loses her job. Kanako begins to work as a staff member for a professional wrestling organization and becomes attracted to the sport. Meanwhile, Hideo misunderstands her and believes she is cheating on him. He causes trouble.

She forgives him, and the movie ends on that note.
