Tokaido name Imagawa Yoshimoto personally led his army to invade Owari Province territory, now in Aichi Prefecture Nagoya City area, was Nobunaga leader of this surprise bursts of death. After the war, the Imagawa clan who originally dominated the Tokaido region fell away, and the victorious Oda Nobunaga quickly expanded his power in Central Japan and the Kinki region, laying the foundation for his future control of the central government of Japan.

It tells the story of three members of the Shengjia Troupe, which is a famous Beijing Opera Troupe in Huabei. It follows their road to revenge and assimilation to the war of resistance. During the 1930s, the Shengjia Troupe and bandit Jiang You Cai get into a deadly conflict. In the fray, Sheng Zhong Hao's father and teacher are both critically wounded. On his deathbed, Zhong Hao's father forces his son to vow that he will never take revenge. Bearing with the pain of loss, Sheng Zhong Hao takes his martial siblings Wen Li Xuan and Zhen Yu Huan as they flee towards Tianjin. On the road, they are separated after running into soldiers. Zhong Hao is arrested and thrown into the Japanese military labor camp. In his encampment, he misses the opportunity to reunite with his lover Zhen Yu Huan. After many years, the three meet again on the battlefield. Sheng Zhong Hao finally becomes part of the war of resistance against Japan and the two brothers fight alongside each other once more.

In 2005, some Japanese orphans raised by Chinese parents and orphans’ descendants live in Nara, Japan. Back in the 1990s, these orphans were returned to Japan from China, but it was difficult for them to accommodate to the Japanese life due to differences in languages and ideas. Ozawa’s father is a Japanese orphan who chose to stay in China. As a second generation of a Japanese orphan, Ozawa decided to return to Japan when she was 26. She was diligent and hardworking, trying to assimilate into Japanese society. But one day, Mrs. Chen changed her life. Mrs. Chen is an adoptive mother of Japanese orphans and also a benefactor who raised Ozawa’s father. Her foster daughter Li Hua returned to Japan to seek her biological parents but, ever since she left in 1996, Mrs. Chen had not heard a word from her. The worried Mrs. Chen decided to go to Japan to find Li. Ozawa had to help Mrs. Chen. Yet, Ozawa thought that all she needed to do was to show Chen around for a couple days, and then Mrs. Chen would soon return to China. But grandma kept looking. One day the duo met Kazuo, a retired policeman, in a restaurant. Kazuo was deeply moved by their story and wanted to help them to find the left-behind orphan Li Hua. Since they did not know Li’s Japanese name and had little information about her, the search moved in a slow pace. Through messages and photographs, they searched from urban cities to rural areas, from factories to workshops. Finally, the truth of war-displaced Japanese orphans surfaced. Ozawa and Kazuo were moved by the love between the two people from the two countries. The search for Li Hua became a journey to search for their own values.

In the year 1936, a new party member accidentally discovers secret information that triggers the Xi'an Incident, thus beginning a story of infighting and schemes. When he was young, Wu Zhongming (Wang Xuebing) was separated from his older brother Wu Boying by kidnappers. He joins the Communist party later on and gets captured during one of his missions. His older brother tries to rescue him but dies in his stead. This happens during a time before the Xi'an Incident and the city has turned into a crucial place for vital intel. To win the final victory, the Communist party sends Wu Zhongming to go undercover as his twin brother Wu Boying and infiltrate the Kuomintang.

It tells the story of underground party member Li San Qiang who works his way to become the governor of the Wuze county and uses his courage and wits to defend his homeland during the Anti-Japanese War. As the Anti-Japanese War entered a stalemate, Wuze County, an iron-rich place, became the next target of the Japanese. Filling this position became a big problem for the Kuomintang as several county heads that were previously appointed had all been assassinated. Eventually, Li San Qiang manages to win the post. With the help of his wife Wang Qiao Gu, her brother Wang Tie Chui and other party members, Li San Qiang is able to gain control of the county. It may seem as if Li San Qiang is without a care in the surface, yet he has been pulling the strings from behind the scenes, causing other leaders to be wary of his political allegiances. Just when everything seemed to be going well, one of the underground party members’ identity is exposed. Despite the dangers, Li San Qiang leads his whole county in defending their territory against Japanese invasion.

The story was set during World War II when the Japanese Empire sent troops to Siam (Thailand) as part of their greater plan. Kobori, an idealistic Japanese officer set up a base camp by the Chaophraya River which is in the area of Angsumalin‘s house. He falls for her at first sight. Angsumalin, a proud Thai who despises every kind of threat to her country, sees him as a part of the Japanese Empire that deserves only hatreds. Despite his duty, Kobori wants to believe that his love will be able to find its way into her heart.

A story about a group of university students who join the army and become soldiers for the rocket force. Under the leadership of old soldiers with special skillsets, their bodies and minds are put to the test in order to become full-fledged soldiers.

Luo Wu Zi helped Li Si Xiu to build the mound of Qin Shi Wang (the first emperor who united China). His disciples continued to build and safeguard the royal tombstone. In between lies the appearance of the Nine Great Tombstones, also known as Great King of the Graves. For thousands of years the tombs were never robbed. The outsiders regard these guardians of the tombs as the Tomb Sect. After the death of Luo Wu Zi, the position of Grave King is transferred to his eldest disciple, Mu Rong Xiu.

In 1161, the territory of the Great Song Dynasty was split, and Jin Zhuwan Yan Liang invaded and occupied the Central Plains. The People in the Central Plains could not bear the harsh crushing and rose up to fight back.

In 1940, Chou Zi Gang, a progressive youth from the Yan’an Anti-Virus University, is suddenly appointed by the central government to establish the Yan’an Nursery. Chou Zi Gang refuses, saying, “I didn’t come to Yan’an to be the king of children. I didn’t expect Mao Ze Dong to be the first to send his daughter Mao Jiao Jiao to the nursery.”

Since then, the orphans of the martyrs, the descendants of the soldiers of the War of Resistance, and the children of revolutionary leaders such as Mao Ze Dong and Liu Bo Cheng are given to the rural women and aunts who are not well-educated or even illiterate. The nursery experiences many historical events such as the “battle against whooping cough”, “Liu Hua Bei’s death”, “renaming to Los Angeles Nursery”, “enemy plane bombing”, “secret counterattack”, “struggling to cross the Yellow River”, “Chinese and foreign journalists visiting group ” and much more.

In 1947, when the Kuomintang bomb Yan’an, Mao Ze Dong and Zhou En Lai instruct that the nursery retreat with the first batch of Zhongzhi agencies. During the retreat, the team of more than 300 people and more than 100 carriages become violently attacked by the enemy.

Adapted from a real story and tells the story of the revolutionary experience of many revolutionary workers fighting to protect the red descendants during the Anti-Japanese War in the 1940s when the Party Central Committee established a nursery school in Yan’an.
