The 'Universe League', which will create a boy group, will be held in a completely different format from Season 1. It is a league-style audition where the final winning team that wins the Prism Cup debuts. Three representative K-pop artists will become the managers of each club. They select team members through a trainee draft and compete against each other. This was combined with the sports element of combining the best members of each club through a trade of exchanging trainees. Through this, 'Universe League' is expected to be a differentiated audition that shows more dynamic competition.

During the summer in the present day, Jeon Youn Ha runs a vacation cottage located deep in the woods. His peaceful life is shaken by the sudden appearance of a mysterious woman named Yoo Sung A.

In the early 2000's, Koo Sang Joon ran the same vocation cottage as Jeon Young Ha did years later. Koo Sang Joon and his family also lived there, but, during the summer, something happened at his vacation cottage and Koo Sang Joon lost everything because of that. At that time, Yoon Bo Min worked as a police officer at the nearest police substation from the vacation cottage. 20 years later, Yoon Bo Min is transferred to the same police substation where she worked before and she begins to work there as the chief. She enjoys solving things and begins to observe Jeon Young Ha closely.

Laveng is a journalist who works for a TV news station and is engaged to Kawee, the head of the special news team. Her life was going well until one day, she suffers a deadly car accident. Her spirit switches bodies with the fragile Amavasee who is suffering a heart problem and was sent to the hospital at the same time. She wakes up and is taken to Amavasee's home by her parents, where she meets Yo, Amavasee's fiance.

A major newspaper has informally decided to employ a female university student. However, shock ripples within the newspaper because of a weekly magazine’s scoop that she is the daughter of the criminal in a serious case. This was the kidnapping of a newborn baby at a big hospital 20 years ago. The criminal demanded a ransom from the director of the hospital instead of the parents. But after the criminal had the large sum of money in hand, he died in an accident while being pursued by the police. The baby was never found. Kaji Hidekazu, a former hotshot journalist who has become deadwood in the wake of an incident, is ordered by the newspaper to re-investigate the kidnapping case. He finds out the shocking, tragic truth which had been kept under wraps.

Himawari is an unsuccessful 39-year-old enka singer who has bad luck with men and money. Born into an Osaka takoyaki shop, the young Himawari was inspired by her father's words to immerse herself in enka. At the age of 13 her father disappears and her mother, bitter over the husband that left her, remarries--but Himawari has trouble adjusting to a new father and brother. With her father's words in her head--"You're the #1 singer in all of Japan!"--Himawari immediately heads to Tokyo after high school and makes her debut as an enka singer.

Wen Tian and Wan Xin are the sons of the Emperor Jian Wen of the Ming dynasty. They were separated at birth when the emperor's uncle, Zhu Di, launched a coup to seize the throne from his nephew. In the midst of the chaos, Wan Xin was taken away by the eunuch Chu Tian Xing, who serves Zhu Di, while Wen Tian was delivered to safety by the bodyguards. Wen Tian was raised by Mi Jiu Tou, one of the bodyguards, and he grows up to become a gregarious martial artist who values friendship and righteousness. Plagued by a mysterious family curse, Chan Mung Kit, who comes from a legal family, is forced by his mother to fool around and devotes all his time to running a brothel despite his great talent. As a result of a careless mistake, he is embroiled in a legal dispute, through which he gets to know the eloquent Lap Lan Ching Ching, though Lap Lan Ching Ching was the only reason for the legal dispute and he knew her before, and the government opponent Fong Tong Gang. Kit has developed a strong hatred towards Ching and Gang since being innocently accused.

Based off Gu Man's very popular internet novel, the story tells of a kind hearted young girl named Xue Shan Shan (Zhao Li Ying) who works at a big conglomerate. However one of her weaknesses is eating, she loves to eat, and so upon discovering this her boss, Feng Teng (Zhang Han) decides to intentionally fatten her up; she just so happens to share the same blood type as his sister, and thus has the motive of making her the blood donor. Hence comedy ensues as she melts his heart with her exceptional appetite and her cute charm.

School is a high school drama series that dealt with realistic issues teenagers faced in high school.
