Every week there will be a featured market from South Korea and within it, there are 3 types of food selected as its representatives. The cast and guest(s), as contestants, have to play games and win to be able to enjoy the food. There will be a dressing theme concept for the cast and guest(s) to follow for the filming of each episode. For episodes, 1–4, the program format is only 3 rounds of song dictation. From episode 5, the program format changed to 2 rounds of song dictation, with a Snack Time in between the dictation segments.

The cast members take various trips throughout South Korea, including many offshore islands, recommending various places that viewers can visit. While doing so, members also perform missions at a certain mealtime or point of the day to earn rewards (eg. foods that are famous in the region they visit) and to avoid punishments

“Friends” will give a real look into the cast’s daily lives and also show how they develop friendships and romance. It will feature “Heart Signal 2” cast members including Oh Young Joo, Jung Jae Ho, Kim Do Kyun, and Kim Jang Mi along with “Heart Signal 3” cast members including Lee Ga Heun, Park Ji Hyun, Seo Min Jae, and Jung Eui Dong.
