The wives are shown leaving the home before the 48 hours begins and coming back to greet their family once the 48 hours have ended. During the 48 hours, the dads and children are either doing a task the wives have written out for the dads to complete or the dads exploring new activities with their kids. Occasionally celebrity friends of the dads will stop by to interact with the kids.

'Sister’s Direct Delivery' is a salty fishing village reality show about Yeom Jung Ah, Ahn Eun Jin, Park Joon Myun, and Dex, who start living in a seaside village for 3 days and 2 nights. It contains a variety of journeys, including various jobs by the sea and seasonal meals that can only be tasted there.

There will be different scenarios for the cast members to go through, but there is a rule that they have to follow without fail: they are not allowed to laugh throughout. For every time a cast member laughs, ₩10,000 will be deducted instantly from his appearance fee, and get wet from his head by water coming out from the water backpack that each cast member will carry throughout. At the end of each scenario, the cast member with the least amount of money deducted will have his appearance fee paid in full.
