Yano Katsuhiko, a weather forecaster who is divorced and is introduced by his friend, Taguchi to popular radio DJ Yukawa Sachi aka "Love Specialist". Yano recalled seeing pictures of her before but the person he actually saw is Sachi's friend, Yujin.

It focuses on Du Xueyan, a female fighter who works against Japanese occupation and organizes a women's regiment to confront them in the northeast.

"Severe Winter" is set in the Second Sino-Japanese War and revolves around Deng Zihua, an undercover spy who works for the anti-Japanese government body. However, matters become complicated when he is torn between his feelings for two women from different worlds, a Russian beauty and Luo Haiqiong.

The story starts in 1921. Jao Karmfah is a nobleman from Chiang Mai. As an arrangement by family members, he is engaged to Yaowalak. After returning to Chiang Mai for business, he falls in love with Fongkae at first sight. Karmfah decides to break off his engagement with Yaowalak to pursue Fongkae. However, Fongkae already has a man she loves, Khun Chai Yingsak Warangkorn. Fongkae's parents prefer Karmfah as their son-in-law and locks Fongkae away, pending her nuptials to Karmfah. Yingsak sneaks into Fongkae's home and takes her away. Upon hearing of this, Karmfah quickly chases them. When he finds them, he realizes that he cannot force anyone to love him. Just as Yaowalak could not force him to love her. He allows them to be together, and gives Fongkae a hair brooch he had specially crafted for her. Fongkae and Yingsak would go on to have two children, Mom Luang Sakchai and Mom Luang Sommapa.

Yaowalak, who was labelled as a disgrace by society when her fiance abandoned her, meets Than Chai Kietkong Suppakhun. He quickly becomes smitten by Yaowalak. But he has a secret relationship with one of the royal servants in his palace, Pleum. Pleum would fall pregnant with Kietkong shortly before he is to wed Yaowalak. Pleum keeps the pregnancy a secret and marries the royal chauffeur, Fu. Pleum would give birth to Plaewadee. Kietkong marries Yaowalak and has a daughter, Mom Ratchawongse (Khun Ying) Yorkiet, nicknamed Yingyor.

The lives of their children would later become intertwined with the brothers Pakinai and Pubadee. Both are children of Yaowalak and Kietkong's close friends. The decisions of their parents will bring upon a complicated and tangled web of deceit, love, and lies. However, the story does not end with the children, as the parents will also have to answer for their own desires and loves.

Kirinaka Kasumi, 28, realized her dream of becoming an elementary school teacher. But due to overwork, she was burnt out and gave up her job. At an employment agency, she meets a female staff member who offers her desirable yet peculiar jobs. Despite being a female doctor, Akira managed to become an assistant professor. She was ambitious and set her goal to be promoted to full professor by succeeding in a surgery using the Batista technique — an extremely difficult type of heart surgery — and to write a paper on it. A year ago, Akira witnessed Ryutaro's skills when he was an NGO doctor and was impressed enough to seek his assistance in the Batista technique. This drama exposed the difficulties encountered in the rigid Japanese medical professions in treating patients whereby decisions made were based more on protecting the hospitals than the patients.

A story about a goddess from the future who travels back in time to save herself and the people that she loves and gets pulled into the complicated school life of impassioned youths who are the second and third generation heirs of wealthy conglomerates. Lin Da Yu and Wang Xiao Ru are childhood friends. They both get accepted to WJC which is a school for the elite. On their very first day, a mysterious student named Ran arrives. She appears to be extremely familiar with Lin Da Yu and Wang Xiao Ru and divulges that she is from the future. She also has inexplicable powers and only time will tell how her appearance will affect the lives of everyone around her.

Following in the same theme of dangerous discoveries, the "Pandora's box" for the new series will be a medical treatment invented to prevent suicides. Eguchi plays Suzuki, a neuroscience researcher in a wheelchair who develops the treatment out of his desire to counter Japan's high suicide rate. --Tokyograph
