Huang Cai Wei was engaged to Bai Qian Feng when he went missing on a business trip and presumed dead. She was then forced to marry his brother Bai Qian Sheng. She works with Dong Ki Joon. He is Sa Ra’s business partner and an advisory lawyer at Solution. Before coming to Solution, he was an excellent prosecutor who had the nickname of "German Shepherd." He picked up the nickname because of his persistence and keen intuition, but Ki Joon left the prosecutors' office for an unknown reason. Sa Ra and Ki Joon work together for people who are suffering through difficult divorces.

In the third installment of the series, the Grand Empress has come back for another run at the gang. After a devastating earthquake strikes Makuhara the northern part of Chiba, 18 year-old Yamato, leaves to Makuhara to find his friend Kiichi who lives in the area. On his way Yamato meets Takeru, who is also traveling to Makuhara as a volunteer in the relief effort. However, when the two arrive at Makuhara they are shocked to find that the city, which is under government lock down, is intact and is managed solely by children after a mysterious virus results in the deaths of all the adults. Forced to survive on their own, the child leaders must save the city and also fight the government, which tries to hide the truth.

One day, Rashid pushes Samra and she falls. She is rushed to the hospital and delivers a girl and dies. Rashid accidentally "kills" Pari. Rashid's family decides to get him married to Ifrah. Ifrah disagrees. Jawad sees that his niece needs a mother and begs her to marry his brother. Jawad sacrifices his love and eventually, Ifrah agrees. Ifrah's parents repeat their mistake of marrying off their daughter to Rashid, who is known to have subjected their eldest daughter to frequent domestic abuse. Knowing the main culprit behind her sister's demise, Ifrah decides that if she's destined to marry Samra's abuser, then there must be vengeance.

Ifrah's father, Fayaz, becomes stressed with all the drama and tension and decides to become a derwesh and leaves for the city of Multan where he will soon encounter a young man named Farhad.

Ryu Sasakura (Masaki Aiba) is a bartending prodigy who won a European cocktail contest. He got into an argument with his instructor and was fired. In a state of dejection he came back to his native country of Japan. He finds work again in Tokyo and also meets Miwa Kurushima. Meanwhike, Ryu Sasakura is able to listen to his customer's problems and help alleviate their worries with his special cocktail mixes.

Zhao Qiao Yi and Yan Mo may have been high school classmates but the only thing they had in common was the desk they shared in class. One a top student, the other failing miserably, these two couldn’t have been more different and yet, it doesn’t take long for a strong bond to form between them.

Adapted from the popular Chinese novel, “I Don’t Like This World, I Only Like You” by Qiao Yi, which is also based on a true story of the author Qiao Yi and her husband.
