So Tae Ho hands a small and portable camera to Jae Seok out of the blue. At first, Jae Seok is taken aback but goes along with the idea. Omniscient Interfering View is an observational entertainment show that uses a documentary style techniques to observe the life of the cast members and their managers. The cast members, a behavioral analysis expert, and occasionally guests, watch the videos in a studio setting and provide commentary.

The missions almost always feature running, hence the title, and the name tag ripping game is filled with tension as each member struggles to survive.

The show features 3 non-celebrity couples on the verge of breaking up, and it is hosted by Jang Do Yeon, Yang Se Chan, Heo Young Ji, and composer Code Kunst. The couples stay together for a week on Jeju Island. During this time, they exchange partners and go on dates.
