It is the second season of Sisters Over Flowers, where celebrities come together on a trip to many places around the world, such as the Amazon Jungle and Mexico. On their trip, they complete certain missions to collect puzzle pieces and eventually, the few of them who manage to collect all pieces of the puzzle will get to go to Antarctica, to continue their journey.

Immortal Tatsu the legendary yakuza who single-handedly defeated a rival gang with a lead pipe, is a name known to strike fear in both hardened police officers and vicious criminals. Soon after his sudden disappearance, he resurfaces with a slight change in profession. Now equipped with an apron, Tatsu has given up violence and is trying to make an honest living as a house husband. While adapting to mundane household tasks, Tatsu finds that being a house husband has its own challenges, from the battlefield known as supermarket sales to failures in the kitchen. Despite living peacefully, misunderstandings seem to follow him left and right. Called Ishiko because she is obstinate, 28-year-old Ishida Shoko graduated at the top of her class at Tokyo University’s law faculty but has failed the bar exam four times. Although she tells the people around her that it is not that she cannot become a lawyer but that she ought not to, Ishiko gave up on the bar exam out of fear that she would fail again. She has been working as a paralegal at her father Wataro’s law firm. 34-year-old Haneoka Yoshio, a high school graduate who dropped out of university in the US after six months and spent several years wandering around the country, passed the bar exam on his first try thanks to his photographic memory. He professes to be Haneo with a personality as light as a feather and brands himself an unconventional talented lawyer. In reality, he lacks the ability to respond to situations and his train of thought grinds to a halt when the unexpected happens. The two of them with their own inferiority complexes are thrown together when Haneo makes the acquaintance of Ishiko’s father and comes to the law firm.

After losing his parents in a fire, Lee Ahn acquires the power of psychometry, the ability to read a person or an object's past through physical contact, and he decides to use it to take bad people down. While he does not know how to control his power yet, he meets Yoon Jae In who tries her best to hide her painful secrets. Together with his foster guardian, prosecutor Kang Seong Mo, and the latter's colleague, investigator Eun Ji Soo, they team up to solve an elusive case that has been haunting the lives of Ahn, Sung Mo, and Jae In. The case revolves around the life of prosecutor Kang his mother and father who were the main cause of the fire. Jae In and Lee Ahn heal each other through their past present and future and find the culprit.

Based on the traditional Korean folktale of two brothers; the old and greedy older brother is Man Bo, who is a wealthy real estate billionaire and cares only about women and money. His younger brother, Choon Bo, is kind, caring, and submissive to him. The two brothers have not seen each other for nearly twenty years, since Choon Bo gave his youngest son, Yeong Goo, to Man Bo because he wanted a son. Choon Bo’s wife believes that her youngest son died at birth. Twenty years later, Choon Bo goes bankrupt, and with nowhere to go, asks his brother for help. Living in the small house next to Man Bo’s, Choon Bo brings his three children, his daughter-in-law, and his wife with him. Together they live towards a brighter day. Man Bo’s wife and daughter are eager to make Choon Bo’s daughter, Soo Jin’s life miserable. When Soo Jin and Mi Ree again fight over the same guy, it is no surprise that the nice girl wins. As two families clash over women, men, family secrets and money matters, the good guy teaches the “bad guy” a lesson – just like the Korean folktale.

Yamada Tatsuhito is a second-year high school student. He stopped going to school due to bullying. His parents, who have no interest in Yamada Tatsuhito's well-being, have travelled abroad for work. Yamada Tatsuhito is all alone, and he lives alone. One day, he happens to see Ijuin Sho get into a motorcycle accident. Ijuin Sho is the leader of the largest delinquent gang known as Grand Cross. Contrary to his slender physical appearance, he is a strong fighter who has never lost a one-on-one fight. Due to the motorcycle accident, Ijuin Sho is seriously injured. Ijuin Sho also sees Yamada Tatsuhito, who looks just like him.
