Makoto Kiryu (Rin Takanashi) is a young physical education teacher at a middle school. When she was a teenager, Makoto joined a motorcycle gang and dropped out of high school. A little bit later, she thought things over and changed her ways. Makoto then entered college and she eventually became a physical education teacher. She's excellant with sports, but has difficulties with teaching dance as it is a required subject for the students. Makoto tries not to be noticed by the students. 

A secret tape of Phanthiwa is exposed at her wedding to Phureenat. Humiliated by the incident, she resolves to commit suicide. It was only her five-person friend group who knew Phantiwa's secret. Meena tries to find the culprit. During her investigation, Meena needs to dig through Phanthiwa's history with her ex-boyfriend, Pitch. The more she digs, the darker the truth about the clique's relationship gets.

“Hometown” is set in a small rural town in 1999 and centers around a police detective named Choi Hyung In, who is investigating a strange murder, and Jo Jung Hyun, who is searching for her missing niece. The two of them become involved in an incident with a terrorist named Jo Kyung Ho.

Choi Hyung In, a police detective in the violent crimes division who lost his wife due to a terrorist incident. Consumed with guilt for failing to prevent his wife’s death, he lived like a ghost for a decade. When he’s put in charge of a strange murder case, he starts to suspect that the case, the terrorist incident, and his family are all connected.

Jo Jung Hyun, who is a social outcast because she is the family member of a known terrorist. Her older brother ruined her life with his crimes, but she rebuilt her life by taking care of his daughter, Jo Jae Young. But when her niece goes missing, she comes face to face with tragedy once again.

Jo Kyung Ho, who has been imprisoned for life after perpetrating an indiscriminate terrorist attack. In 1989, after studying abroad in Japan, he returned to his hometown and committed a terrorist attack by releasing lethal sarin gas into the train station. He then turned himself in and was sentenced to life imprisonment.

A woman with magical powers still can’t make a man she loves fall in love with her. Xiao Wei is a demon fox who was raised as a human girl by Xia Lao along with his granddaughter Xia Bing. But when Xiao Wei unleashes her demon spirit and accidentally kills Xia Lao, she begins her life on the run. It is adapted from the 2008 film by the same title, which also is loosely based on a classic short story from “Strange Stories From a Chinese Studio” by Pu Song Ling.

Yi Ping doesn’t know what’s wrong with Ever 9 because he has learned from it how to be human and experience love. Can’t he learn how to be together for life? Is the promise of not leaving each other null and void?
