Produce 101 Season 2 brings together 101 trainees from different entertainment companies in South Korea, and 11 trainees are selected through audience voting to form a boy band. The group will perform for 2 years together under YMC Entertainment (also the label of I.O.I from Produce 101). The top 35 also performed with the winning team at a finale concert. The winning group will disband after their contracts end, allowing the members of the final lineup to return to their agencies.

The Inn (Chinese: 亲爱的·客栈) is a Chinese variety show aired on Hunan Broadcasting Station. In the variety show, a couple will manage an inn with a company of friends as guest for 20 days. The Inn shared the same production team with another variety show by Hunan Broadcasting System, Divas Hits The Road. The show had Jackson Yee and Yang Zi as guest on the first three episodes and the fourth and fifth episodes respectively.

Unlike the previous Talk X Today seasons where the members were hanging out together, in this season the members of TXT are going to show a different side of themselves by doing various activities alone.

This vacation reality program will feature young actors who are friends but have yet to go on a proper vacation together as they set off to an unknown destination. The group will visit Queensland, Australia to enjoy a relaxing vacation in an unfamiliar place. The cast members appear to have nothing specific in common but they're all alumni of the Korea National University of Arts except Lee Kyu Hyung. Lee Kyu Hyung and Lee Sang Yi performed together in the musical “A Gentleman’s Guide To Love And Murder” and were met with high praise as a “legendary pair.”

This season of will center around member Chanyeol. The idol plans on sharing every aspect of his life with the fans including at work as a musician and artist, to more personal and private sides.
