The Idol Star Athletics Championships is a South Korean television program which aired for the first time in 2010. The program features celebrities, most notably Korean pop idols singers and groups, which compete in multi-sport events. The show is broadcast by MBC.

“In the SOOP” (“soop” means “forest” in Korean) takes place in a house in the woods, and the concept is to spend time “somewhere between everyday life and leisure". Participants will create their own schedules in advance and spend time enjoying their hobbies.

The grasshoppers, the self-claimed planners for relaxation, helps the ants, who devoted themselves to their work and career, to get recuperated. Four hosts lead the weekly guests to a beautiful spot to relax and take care of their exhausted selves. The program shows guests' hard-working daily lives and their joy and excitement in nature.

Every week, young and promising chefs from Korean Traditional, French and Chinese cuisine compete to showcase new vegetarian recipes that are both easy to cook and quite delicious. Jung Ja-hyung and Hong Jin-kyung, two celebrity friends who are known as good cooks, will guide the viewers to the vast world of the vegetarian diet.
