Sharpshooter Hartman (Richie Jen) runs a tight ship as head of the SDU sniper team, but hotshot rookie OJ (Edison Chen) keeps questioning his authority and training regiment and even takes pointers from Hartman's rival, former top sniper Lincoln (Huang Xiaoming).
