A story about five youths Xu Weibiao, Lin Zhihua, Zhang Peng, Wang Lei and Yu Nan who grew up in Beijing in the 1980s, and later separate due to differing beliefs.

Khonprot, a third-year head hazer of the engineering faculty, has a secret crush on Pluem, a tsundere fourth-year head hazer. Over the years, he's seen Pluem cycle through many girlfriends. Recently, after a public breakup, however, Khonprot thinks things may be different.

How can he succeed if he doesn't dare tell Pluem he'd like to be his "khon prot (favourite person)?"

Akio, a musician from Japan, and his darling Dr. Nami take a trip to Thailand with a guide named Palin. During the trip, the couple has a misunderstanding and Nami returns to Japan alone. Akio stays behind, plays music in a pub, catches COVID-19, and has to stay in a Thai hospital. Palin sticks around to care for him while trying to help Akio and Nami reconcile. In the midst of the influx of COVID cases, Palin witnesses the dedication of the doctors and nurses, of Dr. Trin, Dr. Nee, Dr. Vee, and Dr. Nami who are exhausted trying to keep their patients alive.

Palin decides to open a blog called "You...Vaccine" to show people the value of taking care of each other in this difficult time and motivate them to send their care and well wishes to people from all directions.

Kuraki Naotake is the top ace of the Public Safety Department. Osugi Ryota is a top-notch straight-talking detective from the MPD. Akeboshi Misa is an investigator from the Public Safety Department. Together, the 3 of them investigate on the bombing incident in Shinjuku. Naotake had specifically requested to be on the investigation team as he had lost his wife in the said incident.

Day and Min fell in love despite their social difference. Soon, they were engaged to be married. Senior correctional services officer Man Sheung Sing (Lawrence Ng) is in charge of supervising and disciplining the inmates at the Stanley Prison. Having to confront unruly prisoners every day, Sheung Sing takes each step of his life cautiously. Adding more stress to his job, his subordinate Kiu Ching Kiu (Vincent Wong 王浩信) often violates regulations and even goes as far as starting a romance with a prisoner. Stationed at the Lo Wu Correctional Institution, officer Yiu Ka Oi (Kate Tsui) confesses her love to Sheung Sing. Ka Oi is more than ten years younger than Sheung Sing and has known him for many years. Sheung Sing rejects her out of fear that their relationship will fail like his last marriage. Sheung Sing’s good friend and colleague Yung Wai Jun (Kenny Wong 黃德斌) can tell that Sheung Sing is afraid to fall in love with again. Like Sheung Sing, Wai Jun also faces trouble at home. Fortunately, Sheung Sing’s ex-wife Yip Nga Lui (Jade Leung 梁琤) and colleague Chi Chun Gwong (Tracy Chu 朱千雪) are there to support him. The officers at the Stanley Prison are faced with new challenges every day, twists and turns that are too convoluted for outsiders to comprehend. After the events of a large uproar in prison, Sheung Sing and his colleagues come across a life-threatening situation. Will they be able to save themselves and complete their mission?
