Kang-jae grew up under a jobless, gangster father. When Kang-jae accidentally meets Lee Dae-hae (Suh In-suk) and his son Sun-mo, he feels more attached to Dae-hae than to his own father. Through Dae-hae and Sun-mo, Kang-jae learns the basics of magic as well as what fatherly love really means. Sun-mo, on the other hand, has a love-hate relationship with his father, who only cares about magic and nothing else. Meanwhile, Sun-mo is heartbroken by Dan-young, who falls in love with Kang-jae. Before that Dan-young was living with Sun-mo, mistakenly thinking that he is her long-lost brother before she was adopted. Yeon-jin, Dan-young's stepsister, instantly falls in love with Kang-jae and Kang-jae decides to marry her, not for love but for the sake of fulfilling his own ambitions at the price of spurning Dan-young.

A story that follows the host of a popular TV show. Because the old GM has retired, Yan Shouyi loses his biggest supporter and faces the pressures from the new GM who only cares about ratings. Television host Yan Shouyi (Wang Zhiwen) and producer Fei Mo (Chen Daoming) have been racking their brains to find a way to increase ratings for the show without sacrificing their style. In the face of corporate politics that is difficult to navigate, Yan Shouyi's love life is equally complicated. Yan Shouyi forms a unique relationship with publishing house editor Wu Yue (Yu Mingjia) while his wife Yu Wenjuan (Mei Ting) demands a divorce. While lost during a party, Lin Lai Sui (Ariel Lin) fortuitously meets a young boy who comforts her while she is scared. Privately, Sui also vowed she would not fall in love until her promise is fulfilled. However, she soon changes her mind when she meets the attractive, flirty, kinky, and popular senior Ji Feng Liang (Wu Chun). To her dismay, she finds out that he is both Chu Xing's one and only son and the young boy she knew at that party! Their two sisters Shizu and Sachie are sent back to Japan and have to experience the horrors of war, one in Hiroshima and the other in Okinawa.

He is the director of his animal clinic and rescues not only 'voiceless' pets but also helps their owners, who lack understanding and caution, with their problems and worries. Working with him is animal nurse Tajima Asuka. Hanabishi Masaru is Dolittle's friend, a charismatic vet and host of a popular TV animal show who is good at making diagnosis but has a secret as he could not overcome his phobia of operating on animals. The drama focuses on the friendship between those 3 and tries to teach viewers about human-pet relationships.

Hi friend Tin Ka-fu (Sam Lee), is an active social worker who neglects his parents when he is doing social work. Law is a talented former barrister who fights injustice for the people of the Sham Shui Po district in Hong Kong. He encounters Kris (Myolie Wu) who is an upcoming lawyer. However, Kris finds these encounters less pleasant and finds Law uncouth and unkempt. As the story progresses, Kris realises that Law is her idol and eventually falls for him.
