Hong Jo is a cat who has mastered the art of transformation into human form. He wants to become human for his owner, and in order to stay by her side, he starts living a double life.

Kim Sol Ah is a woman in her 20s. She loves people and tries to protect the ones she loves. Hence, she attracts many cat-like people. Her father is like a Persian cat, her crush is like a Siamese cat, and others only make her worry and fuss. In the end, she brings Hong Jo home thinking he's a cat but ends up in a completely different situation.

Upon discovering 'superior' fake bills that cannot be detected by money scanners, police captain Qi Tian leads his subordinates Xiang Bei and Wei Xian Yu in cracking the case. Xiang Bei's brother-in-law Tang Song who happens to be at the scene is tempted by the potential for unimaginable wealth and gets into the business of producing counterfeits. As the police determine that there is more than one source of counterfeit money, a specialized team is formed to track down every culprit.

One day, Toshinori reunites with his senior, Tanaka Keiko, who tells him that going to a U-shaped bar is what he needs now. Joon-seung happened to work for Sin-goo as kitchen porter. Joon-Seung fell for Sin-goo who he felt he was like a thoughtful brother, and Sin-goo also fell for Joon-seung. One day, they spend the night together due to Sin-goo’s heavy drinking; Sin-goo also has relationship with his alumna, Seong-ja. He blames everything on an alcohol. But later on, the relationship between Sin-goo and Joon-seung gets more and more serious. On the other hand, Seong-ja thinks Sin-goo as her real lover, while Sin-goo is dazed by the fact that Seong-ja and Joon-seung are mother and son. Pretty middle aged guy Sin-goo gets blind love from both Seong-ja and Joon-Seung. Will his confused sexuality and loves of his lifetime end happily?

The series is set in the early 90's in Moscow after the dissolution of the Soviet Union. With the opening up of Russia to capitalism, Moscow sees an influx of Chinese entrepeneurs looking for business opportunities. Unfortunately, along with the flourishing business landscape comes a Chinese criminal element that preys on Chinese business people with the assumption that the Russian police would not interfere and that crimes committed outside China are beyond the jurisdiction of the Chinese government to prosecute. However, matters come to a head when an Old West style train robbery takes place on the Beijing-Ulan Bator-Moscow Express. A team of five Chinese police officers arrives in Moscow with the intention of investigating the crimes and bringing the culprits to justice. The show stands as a fascinating contrast to typical Western/American fare that relies on action, sex, violence, gore, guns and slick production values. This Chinese Russian production stands out as it manages to tell its story with humor and compassion while showing its cop protagonists depending on their wits to achieve results instead of just plain brute force or technological wizardry. Their dilemma is compounded by the fact that they are operating in Russia unofficially with no electronic equipment, weapons, badges or actual authority.
