Captain Taechyd (Tle) is put on probation after his case against Dennis, an infamous drug lord, fell through by Chief Saena. He travels to Pak Chong to stay with his best friend, Sritrung’s (Cheer) resort. There, he meets a ghost who has no memories of her past. Taechyd decides to call her Siangwaan (Min) because he finds her voice to be sweet. At first, Taechyd is terrified of Siangwaan but after a while, he begins to get used to her and eventually offers to help Siangwaan find out who she was before she died. Meanwhile, Sritrung runs into a man she believes is her ex-boyfriend from 10 years ago named Petch. However, the man claims he does not know Sritrung and tells her that his name is actually Paul. Despite being told so, Sritrung is sure that Paul is in fact Petch.

Aguri Kusugami is another Makai Knight, serving as Gai the Sky Bow Knight, the latest in a line of Makai Knights of the Kusugami clan, although he worries he cannot live up to the prestige his name carries. Rian is a beautiful and flashy Makai Priestess armed with the Makai Gun who always uses her skills for good, however, she has a hard time believing what others tell her due to her upbringing. Mado Ring Zaruba is the mentor and Madougu of the original Garo of the Saezima clan. He does not usually participate in fights but does give advice. However, Zaruba rarely speaks while he is with Ryuuga. Burai is a Makai Priest based in Vol City who is Aguri's partner and Rian's mentor. He uses a Makai Beast named Ragou in combat. He seems to have some history with Ryuuga. ~ Enhou is the female commander of the special forces task force SG1. She is not sure of the significance of the appearances of Horrors in Vol City, but she suspects Ryuuga to be behind it somehow.

Yoshioka Toshinori is a 28-year-old advertising agency employee who always has busy days going back and forth between his office and house. One day, Toshinori reunites with his senior, Tanaka Keiko, who tells him that going to a U-shaped bar is what he needs now. Toshinori takes the courage to open the door and sees a wonderland that he has never known before.

Having overcome the obstacles that stood between them in high school, Kazunari Hira and Sou Kiyoi have spent the past few years in relative bliss. Living together, they’ve been able to support each other as they learn to navigate the ups and downs of their adult life. But just because life has gotten better, doesn’t mean everything for the happy couple is perfect.

Currently, in his fourth year of college, Kazunari has spent the majority of his free time following Sou around in disguise. While Kazunari enjoys watching his boyfriend from afar, it has recently begun to dawn on him that with graduation looming, he might need to turn his attention elsewhere. With no part-time job experience whatsoever, Kazunari is starting to see that his favorite pastime may be doing him a disservice. Feeling a bit left behind, Kazunari begins to wonder what it is he wants to do with his life.

While Kazunari struggles at school, Sou continues to work hard in his acting career. As both Sou and Kazunari learn to deal with some of life’s more harsh realities, will their relationship stand strong, or will they find their bond beginning to crack under the pressures that come with adulthood?
