Tanaka Nozomu is one of the three high school students. People call her "Baka" ("Idiot"). She isn't timid and she can't read between the lines. Her friends are Kikuchi Akane and Saginomiya Shiori . Akane enjoys anime and manga. Shiori is extremely smart, but her emotions have dried up. These three girls are also classmates. Their homeroom teacher is Sawatari Masataka.

Plerngrit, or simply Plerng (played by Mario Maurer), is the only son of Pipat and Pongpaew, who lives in Ranong and does fishing for a living. Pipat is actually the eldest son of Khun Ying Tongtraa Chatayothin, the owner of Thai Diamonds Company, or Phet Thai. Twenty years back, Pipat fell in love with Pongpaew, a poor woman who Khun Ying Tongtraa despised. Pipat was given two choices: stay with his mother or leave the house and go with Pongpaew. He chose option number two and lived a peaceful life in Ranong with his family. For twenty years, Plerng’s parents hid the truth from him. However, one day, Khun Ying Tongtraa fell ill and ended up in the hospital requiring immediate heart transplant. The news spreaded throughout Thailand and reaches Pipat. Pipat finally decides to tell his son the truth and the family travels to Bangkok to visit Khun Ying Tongtraa in the hospital and apologize for his actions twenty years before. To combat rising violent crimes, the Police Chief asks Detective Oh Goo Tak to form a team consisting of criminals.

Detective Oh Goo Tak is currently suspended from the police force for using excessive force. Detective Oh Goo Tak gathers team members: Park Woong Cheol who is a gangster, Lee Jung Moon who is the youngest serial killer with extraordinary intelligence and Jung Tae Soo who is a contract killer.

Also, Police Inspector Yoo Mi Young joins the team. She tries to have the guys work as a team by dealing with them rationally and sometimes emotionally.

Ultraman Leo comes from Nebula L77 and takes the human form of Gen Otori. Ultraseven appears to fight a new foe, Alien Magma and his two "pets", the Red and Black Gillas. Ultimately, Ultraseven is greatly overpowered and his leg is graphically broken by Black Gillas. Ultraman Leo drives off the foes, but Ultraseven is confined to his human form because of his injuries and due to the Ultraeye being damaged when he attempted to transform. Dan then maintains his role as Captain of MAC (Monster Attack Crew). Gen is a gymnastics teacher on the side and joins MAC to defend the Earth. Gen and Dan regularly train together, allowing Ultraman Leo to learn many moves in human form.
