Ebisuzawa Kurumi, Takeya Yuki, Wakasa Yuri, and Naoki Miki all attend the same high school. They also live on campus at the school. The girls enjoy their time at the school until students become infected by a virus and turn into zombies. The girls are surrounded by student zombies and they struggle desperately to survive.

When the sun sets, the Hongs, the perfect model family, busy themselves with the family thieving business. As descendants of Hong Gil-dong, the Joseon Kingdom's (1392-1910) Robin Hood who stole from the rich to give to the hardworking poor, they scheme to fight against corrupt business mogul (Kim Soo-ro). But the family secret becomes a problem when Hong Mu-hyeok (Lee Beom-soo) plans to marry his girlfriend.

There are possibly two immediate statements that can be made about Filipino director Lav Diaz' film Batang West Side, which recently screened in competition at the 15th Singapore International Film Festival, and went on to win Best Film at the festival's Silver Screen Awards. Firstly, its five-hour duration demonstrates an intriguing exercise in a new aesthetics for cinema in our region, and not merely in the Philippines. Secondly, the film is a subtle intersection of personal memory and history. The narrative seems to suggest that for a nation to confront how it has been complicit in creating its history, its people need to confront their collective past. If this is in many ways at the core of Diaz' film, then it presents urgent questions to both Filipinos and those of us who live elsewhere in Southeast Asia. It certainly begins to ask us how we perceive our collective identity and what we know of our history.

Ji Hyeok is an elite safe-cracker and counterfeiter. He works with Koo In who introduces him to elite hacker Jong Bae. There's rumors that Jong Bae has betrayed other partners in his past. Nevertheless, the trio decide to work together to steal valuable diamonds held within a secret vault at a high-end jewelry store. The jewelry store is owned by President Jo. Meanwhile, President Jo is in search of an elite safe-cracker to help him steal millions of dollars stored within a Korean customs area in Incheon, South Korea.

"My Girl and I" features the well-known plot of an ill-fated couple. Su-ho (Cha Tae-hyeon) is a plain high school boy, and Su-eun (Song Hye-kyo) is a bright and beautiful girl in the same school. For some unknown reason, Su-eun has a crush on the boy, and for equally mysterious reasons she rescues Su-ho in the sea (though he doesn't know who actually saved him). In the process, Su-eun loses her pager. When she discloses the relationship with Su-ho at school, despite envy and disbelief from other classmates, she asks Su-ho to buy her a pager so that they can communicate with each other through voice messages - a secret communication channel since So-eun's parents are quite strict. The way the couple develops affection is bearable, helped by images of a beautiful seaside village and equally enchanting coastlines. Supporting characters like Su-ho's grandfather (Lee Soon-jae) jazz up the otherwise too simplified storyline.

As the purported descendant of the author of "The Art of War," Sun Bin (Sun Hong Lei) quickly becomes a brilliant military strategist by leveraging his knowledge of how to defeat any opponent. In a fit of jealousy, Bin's brother, General Pang Juan (Francis Ng), sets him up for a massive fall from grace, transforming Bin from a star into the shame of China's Warring States Period. After a transformative journey, the bitter brothers reunite on the battlefield and work out their sibling rivalry one last time.

Jae-Mun witnesses his friend being stabbed to death by rival gang members and his only reaction was to flee the scene. A few years later, he now has the opportunity to seek the revenge for the death of his friend, as well as make personal amends for fleeing the murder scene of his close friend. Jae-Mun travels to Bol-Gyo, a remote seaside town, with his gang's newest recruit Chi-guk. Chi-guk is a sharp, young man, formerly an accomplished Taekwondo athlete, that has strong perosnal ties to the town of Bol-Gyo. Together, Jae-Mun & Chi-Guk, scopes out the town and in particular a small restaurant that is owned by the mother of the person that killed Jae-Mun's friend...

Seamstress Ichie inherits her grandmother’s dressmaking shop. She uses the shop’s old sewing machine to make western-style clothing which is extremely popular with locals, but continues on the path laid out by her grandmother by avoiding mass production or branding. Ichie gets plenty of business from the shop’s regulars, making custom dresses and mending vintage items as she interacts with customers and reflects back on her life.
