A former salary man, Konno Yuta one day decides to re-enter a medical university. He successfully becomes a practitioner at age 37, and begins to work at a university hospital as a medical intern. Yuta had hoped to become a full-fledged doctor as soon as he could, but the reality he faces at the hospital are appalling. It's as if Yuta had gone back in time tens of years ago when working conditions were incredibly harsh, doctors saw their patients only as sources for research, and rounds made by the professor only impose burden to both doctors and patients. At times being rejected by a younger superior, and at times confronting professors, Kenta comes to believe in one faith, and searches for the "medical treatment patients truly desire". Joy, conflict, distress… It's a human love story that will inspire you no matter how old you are.

Lu Ru Hua is a well-known “salesman” in Haicheng University, where she will do anything to make money, from sneaking into the boy’s dorm to deliver takeaways to queuing in the scorching sun to get other people’s military training equipment and a stock of anything that you could possibly need at a university all whilst she is studying. However the reason why she does this is to pay the crippling debts her parents left behind after their death and the exorbitant medical fees for her twin brother, Lu Si Yu, the student who achieved the highest marks in the entrance exam in that year.

Things change for her when she meets Wen Chu, a rich heir and a talented oil painter at the university. Although it was hate at first sight due to a series of misunderstandings, their relationship improves over time and soon they fall in love.

But things never go smoothly and a series of incidents tests their dreams, ambitions, love and friendship as they navigate through the 4 years of university as they learn what being a youth (young adult) is about.

The story focuses on a group of mothers who all have children around the same age. These women form a bond through sharing their anxieties about raising their children, each coming from a different background. However, the friendship between the five women also turns to jealousy and betrayal, due to the fact that their children are all taking similar entrance exams for elementary school.

Anne plays the protagonist Yuko, whose set of values as a woman, wife, and mother have been overturned, and she struggles to climb back from her fallen state.

Meanwhile, her four fellow mothers are hiding serious problems at home, despite their appearances. Ono Machiko plays a woman receiving verbal abuse from her husband on a daily basis, Kurashina Kana plays a “yankee mama” who got pregnant as a teenager by a truck driver, Ryo plays a capable woman running her own online shop, and Kimura Yoshino plays a popular reader model for a women's magazine.

Snagging a new job at Heart Sports' sales department, Kanji transfers to the Tokyo office, where he meets his new colleague Rika and is reunited with his best friends from home—Mikami and Satomi. Mikami, Kanji, and Satomi have been friends since they were children, having grown up in the same small town. Mikami is Kanji's best male friend and Satomi is their platonic female friend whom both Mikami and Kanji have had a crush on since high school. After seeing Mikami forcedly kissing Satomi, Kanji felt despair, however, then quickly developed strong affection for Rika who was always energetic, funny, encouraging and caring. Their relationship was rather unstable to begin with, given Kanji's history with Satomi as well as Rika's (not so) secret affair with her and Kanji's boss Sendo [this affair was much more of a determinant in the original manga than in the drama, when Rika got pregnant bearing Sendo's child (not shown in the drama version), which was one of the reasons why Kanji chose Satomi over Rika]. In the meantime, denied by Satomi who thought Mikami was just playing with her, Mikami's attempts on pursuing his med school classmate Nagasaki had also been with much frustration.

The Sacred Sword Sect, the most prestigious kung-fu cult in the martial world, would like to recruit students into a course on the long-lost "Big Dipper Array". Just before the wedding, Fung is found to be Man's twin brother - the heir to an atrocious kung-fu cult. Fung has been an ardent admirer of the Sacred Sword Sect but the disclosure of his true identity has pushed him into a dilemna between righteousness and evil. And Lui, who has a love-hate relationship with Man, also gets caught up in a painful struggle...

So Eun will suddenly find herself the leader of the club, and go on to build a strong friendship and even love relationship with the other five male members. Each episode contains particular "missions" that have to be carried out, and in the process So Eun comes out of her shell and draws out her bright, lively personality.
