Miu Miu Miu, a native inhabitant of planet Meow, applies to return back to Earth in human form in hope of solving the growing marriage problems of her young master’s parents in physicist Garfield Sit Ding Kap and police officer Cat Chiu Yiu. Ten years ago, Miu Miu Miu once took on the appearance of a cat to be the Sit family’s pet and established a close tie with them. Now she’s trying her best to stay on Earth and to get close to the family once again. Fortunately, she meets the kindhearted Chinese chiropractor, Ko Kwai, who takes her in. In a mere coincidence, she also joins Garfield Sit’s research company. The story begins with a band of bachelors Hamza and his widowers elders includes; his grandfather, father Hatim and paternal uncle Luqman; shifting to their new home in a small, lively colony called Prem Gali. The moment Hamza steps in the neighborhood, his eyes land on the pretty Joya, and in a clichéd-turn-of-events, she becomes love at first sight for him. Meanwhile, Joya and her family too are residents of Prem Gali, but are considered infamous and notorious due to the streak of failed marriage running in the household. From her grandmother Rahat, mother Shireen to her maternal aunt Musarrat; all have been divorced yet are empowered and emotional in their ways. There is also a loud and shrewd landlord, Haseena who rents her upper floor to Hamza and the men. While she also runs a marriage bureau, she has an unmarried daughter, Fariya who runs a beauty parlor inside their home.

The fun begins when families of Hamza and Joya encountered with each other. After so many attempts of Hamza, Joya falls in love with him. Both tries to convert their love marriage into arranged one as Joya's mother strongly opposes love marriages. Joya's mother came up with condition that she will accept the proposal of Hamza only if Hamza will stay with them as Ghar Damad (A man who lives with his wife`s parents), on which dispute happened. Later on Tau Hidyat came up to Shireen with solution that make Hamza's family your paying guest, she agreed and finally Joya and Hamza got married.

After marriage, Joya and Hamza, both got irritated by their families as they had to fight with the insecurities of their families. Joya's mother, grandmother and aunt used to give her totally different advices because they didn't want Joya to get divorced as they got, on the other hand Hamza's father, grandfather and uncle couldn't even stand the sneeze of Joya because they didn't want Joya to die as their wives died. Then Joya and Hamza got irritated to face the insecurities and experiments of their families and run away from their home. However Hamza's grandfather took them back by his fake heart attack plan.

Later on, the sweet bickering started between Musarrat and Luqman. Musarat, who had started living a happy life, Luqman fell in love with her. Luqman send his marriage proposal to her but she disagreed. However Luqman reassured her that she would always be happy. In the last episode, they got married.

The chain of flowers between Rinka, Miyuki and Satsuki become connected as secrets become revealed.

Rinka (Nao Matsushita) lost her parents 13 years ago in an accident. Since then, she has lived with her grandmother. Her grandmother is then diagnosed with stomach cancer and becomes hospitalized. Making things worse for Rinka, the English institute where she works goes bankrupt. Paying for her grandmother's surgery seems nearly impossible.

Rinka then thinks of K. K sends a bouquet of flowers every year. Rinka thinks if she can find K, that person might help her. But who is K? Rinka asks her grandmother about K, but her grandmother doesn't say anything. Rinka then sends a letter to K and, later, a man who identifies himself as K's secretary appears in front of her. Rinka tries to find out K's identity and why he keeps sending flowers.

Miyuki (Miki Nakatani) married Kazuya 3 years ago. Kazuya worked for her uncle's company. The only thing Miyuki worries about is that they don't have children yet.

Kazuya's dream was to become an architect, but he now works in the sales department for an architect firm run by his wife's cousin Yosuke. Kazuya then participates in a competition to design an art gallery. Kazuya wins the competition, but Yosuke placed his name on Kazuya's design.

After Miyuki complains to Yosuke about his actions, Kazuya tells her something that has been on his mind. This causes tragedy.

University student Satsuki (Erika Toda) joins a climbing club with her friend Kimiko. Satsuki falls in love with Koichi who is in the same club. When Satsuki views Kocihi as part of her fate, Kurata, from the climbing club, collapses from leukemia.

Satsuki and Koichi take a test of their white blood cells. Satsuki finds out that she has the same white blood cell forms as Kocihi. A shocking hidden truth is reveled.
