The story was set in Ancient China before it's unification, during which countless kingdoms battle for supremacy. Yen Feier (played by Kelly Chen) is thrust on the throne when her father is killed in a battle. Feier and her loyal Murong Xuehu (played by Donnie Yen) unite to defend the kingdom. But her ambitious cousion Wu Ba (played by Guo Xiaodong) sends assasins to kill her. A mysterious man Duan Lan-Quan (played by Leon Lai) saves her. Feier falls in love with Duan who offers her another life. With the fate of her kingdom in the balance, Feier must choose between her duty and her dreams.

A school appears peaceful from a distance, but a fierce gambling battle takes place once again. Yumeko Jabami is involved in the battle.

Ki-tae (Hyuk Jang) and Cheol-su (Beom-su Lee) are two wannabe-gangsters trying to insinuate themselves into the local mob ring by working as low-level lackeys. Set in the year 2017, the Japanese government attempts to secretly control the DNA of its people. Ryuhei Kagura is a top scientist in the field of DNA analysis. He works at the DNA analysis institution run by the National Police Agency.

When the inventor of the DNA analysis system is murdered, Ryuhei Kagura's own DNA is found at the murder scene. Ryuhei Kagura becomes the prime suspect and then he becomes a fugitive. Veteran detective Reiji Asama goes in pursuit.

Due to her mother died in a car accident when she was young and the lack of motor function, she has physical defects which causes her inferiority and loneliness. Until one day she got a car crash, the door of youth gradually opened, which changes her life.
