Full-time housewife Fang Tang is happily married or so she thought. After her 30th birthday, she notices that her husband Gao Jiawei has been acting very unusual and discovers that he's having an affair.

Fang Tang is tormented by her husband Gao Jiawei's infidelity, yet chooses to deal with it calmly. She hopes that her husband can be honest with her, but he tries to evade her, continues to lie and refuses to be responsible for his actions. Gao Jiawei's business partner and competitor Qi Miao hoped to take advantage of Gao Jiawei's marital crisis but her plan backfires and she ends up sabotaging herself. Qi Miao gradually finds a balance between her personal life and her career while Da Yu learns to let go of her obsessions and cherish the present.
