It is a melodrama about two married couples that choose to put their ethics and morals aside as they make a bold choice in order to save their children.
Seo Ji Young (Han Chae Young) is an anchorwoman and talk show host who is very devoted to her children. Kim Jae Wook (Bae Soo Bin), heir to a large architecture company, who is willing to sacrifice everything and stand up against his family in order to protect his children.

Famous chef An Wen Yu lost his taste due to a previous accident. Chef Jin Jin Jin enters his life and hopes to learn the recipes of the An family. However, rich guy Lin Xuan gets in her way. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the story follows Wu Xiaohao and He Chengshou as they represent the party’s township cadres who work hard to implement the strategy of rural revitalization to lead the masses out of poverty. They are committed to changing the face of the countryside while demonstrating the determination of grassroots cadres through their actions. Wu Xiaohao who was in charge of the cultural and historical work in her district was unwilling to live a plainly, so she applied for the position of deputy mayor at Kaipo Town, Jiaodong Peninsula. That hope is threatened when news about a senior on the team's drug use is spread by student journalist Lin, the school announcing their intent to disband the basketball club. Unwilling to give up on his passion, he has to hurriedly find new teammates and a coach in time for the season's first qualifying round.

For a second time and despite their differences, former best friends Ryu and Zen bond over basketball, their relationship evolving to something beyond friendship. However, street-basketball player Ryu is confused and hesitant to admit his feelings for team captain Zen.
