Toon (Ken) is a lawyer who is married to Lan (Anne), an interior designer. Lan lack confidence in their relationship when Toon's client (who happened to be his 1st love) enters the picture as well as a new intern at the law firm.

The story of the drama revolves on the competition between western and eastern medicine in the neurosurgery department of an alternative hospital. It is Korea’s first advanced medical drama and aims to conjure a new concept of drama genres in Korea, specifically that revolving on drama suspense.

Ota Aiko works as an interior designer. She does her job well, but she is not so good doing housework. She has a strong desire to marry and she is engaged to her boyfriend, but their values about marriage differ. Around this time, Ota Aiko attends the wedding of a high school alumna. There, Ota Aiko meets Asano Tomoko, who also graduated from the same high school. Asano Tomoko doesn’t have romantic emotions for others. Due to an event, these two women decide to live together under that condition that Ota Aiko provides the housing accommodation and Asano Tomoko provides delicious meals for Ota Aiko.
