With Kie and her family facing many tragedies in life, she turns to the spiritual and goes to pray at a shrine. A priest there tells her that her family is facing karma caused by her gangster ancestor.

After Kie decides to perform a ritual, she finds herself back in time in the body of a man who had been killed. She meets all the gang members including her own great grandfather, Khung. While getting to know him, Kie attempts to prevent Khung from performing the action that would lead to her family's misfortune.

Liang plays David Loman, a simple country bumpkin who accidentally becomes a big boss in the criminal underworld. Several hundred years ago, humans were nearly exterminated by titans. A small percentage of humanity survived by walling themselves in a city protected by extremely high walls, even taller than the biggest of titans.

Flash forward to the present and the city has not seen a titan in over 100 years. Teenage boy Eren and his foster sister Mikasa witness something horrific as the city walls are destroyed by a colossal titan that appears out of thin air. As the smaller titans flood the city, the two kids watch in horror as their mother is eaten alive. Eren vows that he will murder every single titan and take revenge for all of mankind.
