In the first season of its series that is the 24th entry in the Tsuburaya Productions' long-running Ultra Series. It is an adaption of the video game Mega Monster Battle: ULTRA MONSTERS. It has been approximately 500,000 years since the last series, and all monsters on Earth had gone extinct, marking the end of the monster era on Earth. Humanity had finally advanced to the outer space, and a new era was formed, called the Galaxy Crisis. The crews of Space Pendragon were tasked to investigate Planet Boris after communications on that planet mysteriously vanished. Arriving on the planet, the crew were astonished to find it inhabited by monsters, with every nearby city perished. While forced to wait for reinforcements, the crew must solve the mystery of this planet's background as a monster tamer named Rei, whose past remained mysterious, joined ZAP Spacy in order to learn his past.

The story centers around four girls, who were all born in 1965 and lived on the same corner street, on how they adapt to the culture changes brought on by Taiwan's economic boom of the 1980's.

This drama depicts the two families turning against one another due to feng shui restrictions set by their ancestors. Under the conflicting pressure of materialism and values, can they lay down their personal views and embrace one another?

Like the original series, "SPEC" will revolve around a pair of police detectives as part of a special division solving difficult cases (Mishou). Touma Saya is a woman with an IQ of 201 and an inability to "read the atmosphere" in social situations. Due to a previous case, her left arm is in a sling. Her partner Sebumi Takeru used to be the star performer of the Metropolitan Police. After some incident however, he was transferred to Mishou. Those two track down offenders with special abilities(SPEC) who managed to get away with their crimes.

This drama summarizes the relationship between Joseon tyrant Prince Yeonsan and the former gisaeng Jang Nok Soo, who became Yeonsan's queen.

Riam is a beautiful woman who's always been unlucky in love. After three failed relationships, she vows that love and marriage is bogus. So Riam decides she shall go husband hunting and kick potential cancer to the curb.

And Guide’s brother, P’Good, is caught in an odd relationship with a mysterious, gender-shifting stranger who is somehow connected to the dreamcatcher. How is everyone’s story going to end? Will all the complications be solved? Can both Runway’s and Guide’s dreams come true?

The manager, Yuka, is desperate to take on more boarders, which is perfect timing for Motoko. This simple drama examines the life of four totally different women brought together under one roof, and follows them on their own searches for happiness at "Happiness Sancha."
