SEOUL MATES is about celebrities, travelers and friendship between them. Celebs open their own house to visitors who are willing to experience Seoul in a more intimate way. Season 2 features some of the previous celebrity hosts as well as some new hosts who are eager to meet friends from abroad. Also, Kim Joon-ho and Kim Sook visit Finland and the Philippines, respectively, to visit their former housemates. Now as visitors and housemates, their experience in foreign countries will bring fun to the show.

The restricted areas, where only permitted people can access them, are considered mysteries because outsiders can't comprehend what is happening in that place. So, three celebrities volunteer to access the area, uncovering many stories hidden in the walls and demystifying the 'restricted.'
