Kanin, a young playboy, is the only son of Red Eagle Gang. After his father gets into an accident, he has to come home from overseas. In order to take the leadership of the gang, he has to get married. He gets into an arranged marriage with the wild horse, Pantheera, and he has to tame his wild horse. At the same time, he has to fight against the opposing gang. After falling in love and understanding each other, Kanin finds out that his father 's accident was in fact an assassination, and the mastermind behind it may be his wife's family.

Kuki Reiko is a single 27-year-old. who works in the accounting department of a mid-size toy manufacturer. An incident from her past makes her live a frugal life, only buying the necessities. The story explores the good and evil of human nature, focusing on the issues faced by both men and women in the marriage relationship.

The story starts with the married couple, Xu Ruo Xuan and Zhang Jun Ning. Xu Ruo Xuan believes that husband and wife gets married because of the union of love, but in reality this may not be enough to make up for the differences between the two. Long-term lack of honesty and communication will gradually lead to a crisis, which will eventually erupt and develop in many different forms.

Sinfulness bring these two together to learn integrity, honesty and respect by swapping bodies. Norizuki Gennojo, a commander of the Shogunate’s troops, sets out on a journey to train in swordplay. In that time, Koka Yoami, the father of his betrothed Chie, receives a special mission and goes to Awa Tokushima to search for the secret records of Naruto in which a pledge to overthrow the shogunate is sealed with blood. He is never heard of again. 10 years later, Gennojo returns to Edo as a wandering monk and in despair about his swordsmanship. He is slashed by Sekiya Magobei but survives because of the quick wits of a female pickpocket Mikaeri Otsuna. Gennojo gets entangled in conflict surrounding the secret records of Naruto. He and Otsuna try to infiltrate Awa Tokushima in order to obtain the secret records and face continuous attacks by assassins on the way there.

Set in China's financial capital Shanghai, the TV series features three different families and narrates the psyche of parents, who are compelled to accept separation from their children for the sake of better education abroad.

Chiu and his best friend, Hung, invoke a saucer spirit (a Chinese equivalent of the Ouija board) in an attempt to find out the questions of an upcoming assessment, but they are interrupted halfway through the process and do not finish it properly. They desperately try to finish the process at Chiu's home but supernatural events take place, resulting in the death of Chiu's parents. Eighteen years later, Chiu, who has been learning the art of exorcism from a master after the tragedy, meets Hung again. Hung has been suffering from severe PTSD in the last eighteen years. As Chiu tries to help his best friend overcome his condition, supernatural happenings take place, and they realize the the problem that started eighteen years ago may not have ended.
