This drama depicts the harsh reality of those at the bottom of society through the eyes of the loanshark Ushijima. He is the head of Kaukau Finance which is a ruthless black market lending operation, charging as much as 50% interest every ten days.

Yuzuhara Miku is a temporary employee who works for a reception desk at a department store.
