"Love Matters" is a movie revolves around three main protagonists - 52 year old Tan Bo Seng, 17 year old Benny his teenage son and 36 year old Jeremy, Bo Seng's ‘adopted' brother - and their accidental journey in seeking and keeping love and happiness. Bo Seng (Henry Thia) leads a routine life. Attempts to revive the passion with his wife Jia Li (Yeo Yann Yann) cannot improve their stale love life. Jeremy (Jack Lim) lives a colourful life, colourful in reference to his long list of girlfriends. “Never to commit” is his motto for love. Benny (Alex Leong) has just school life, his only vice is anything to do with the computer, his only distraction is his crush, Jennifer (Natalli), his classmate's girl. Bo Seng & Jia Li the old fashion couple has more misses than hits in the love department. When suspicion of impotency arises, Jia Li meets a toy boy while Bo Seng befriends a shopgirl, and a series of madness spin off one night…

Kasuga Takao is a boy who loves reading books, particularly Baudelaire's Les Fleurs du Mal. A girl at his school, Saeki Nanako, is his muse and his Venus, and he admires her from a distance. One day, he forgets his copy of Les Fleurs du Mal in the classroom and runs back alone to pick it up. In the classroom, he finds not only his book but Saeki's gym uniform. On a mad impulse, he steals it.

Now everyone knows "some pervert" stole Saeki's uniform, and Kasuga is dying with shame and guilt. Furthermore, the weird, creepy, and friendless girl of the class, Nakamura, saw him take the uniform. The "Sunny Sisters" are a group of seven friends from high school who reunite after 24 years upon learning that their leader has been diagnosed with cancer. The girls from yonder days are facing troubles of their own, yet along the way, they reexamine their lives to regain their confidence and youth through each other's companionship.

A mysterious letter addressed to Wu Xie's late grandfather Wu Lao Gou disrupted the retirement plan of the "Iron Triangle", i.e., Wu Xie, Zhang Qi Ling and Wang Pang Zi. The letter refers to a mysterious underground palace called "Comet" in Mongolia. So as to make up for the regret of his grandfather, Wu Xie decides to explore the Comet, only to get involved in an unimaginable adventure encountering treacherous Mongolian bandits, the countdown to escape, the invisible rules of the burial chamber and monstrous creature...
