This is a Blu-Ray exclusive miniseries for Kamen Rider Saber.

Part 1 takes place at different points in time: The opening scene takes place 17 years prior to the series. The first half of the episode takes place approximately 15 years prior to the series at the height of the war of Wonder World, with more focus on the perspectives of Daichi Kamijo and Hayato Fukamiya. The second half comprises scenes up to the events of Episode 16 from the perspectives of Daichi, Master Logos, and Reika Shindai.

The drama is an action suspense which follows college student sisters named Kai and Riku. They were spending every day peacefully, but one day, their father gets arrested on suspicion of burglary and murder. In order to return 100 million yen that is supposed to have been stolen by the father, the sisters become bounty hunters, and chase after 4 criminals.

Li Sasa, the chief pipa, played on the stage, and by chance, a phoenix-necked pipa swept her into the grand dynasty a thousand years ago and became an abandoned woman pipa woman. Izumi teams up with ace sergeant Takigawa a man with extensive knowledge and experience in the field.
