Continuation of the first season of Anata No Ban Desu.

"Drama Festa - Hi, Dracula" is the growth story of people who live in Block Z who have to face the matters in life that they just want to avoid. It's an omnibus drama about a daughter named Anna who gives in to her mother, a mother named Ji-yeong who overpowers her daughter, an indie band vocalist named Seo-yeon, born rich Ji-hyeong and Yoo-ra, who wasn't brought up in the best of conditions.

Three neighbors face problems that want to avoid, but they grow by facing their dilemmas.

Story 1: An-Na lives with her mother Mi-Young. An-Na lives her life according to her mother's wishes, but she has a secret that she can't tell anyone.

Story 2: Redevelopment project of the area where Yoo-Ra and her family live is carried out. Yoo-Ra and her family have to leave the neighbor.

Story 3: Seo-Yeon is the vocalist of an indie band. She is obsessed with superstitions. Seo-Yeon can't get over her ex-boyfriend, who left her 1 year ago.

The story begins with Shiro Kido's reunion with a former classmate, Rio Kijima, at a college teacher's funeral. In the past, when they were students, Kijima used to show talent as a novelist, even earning a big prize. Kido was jealous of Kijima's success, but after reading his works he became aware of his lack of talent and gave up writing novels and became an editor of erotic novels. However, after reuniting it became clear to Kido that Kijima was stuck; facing a wall. He had used up all his talent. With Kido also being in a lost state he offers Kijima the opportunity to write pornographic novels. With the intense eroticism and closeness, both men open up and feed into their desire. As their lust grows so does their toxic craving. The two become a relationship beyond the line while a mixture of emotions are drawn from the suffering Kijima.

Since his wife died, Masahiko has raised his daughter Hitomi by himself. Hitomi is now all grown up and an adult, but they still live together and rely on each other. On New Year's Day, they talk with each other like they usually do, but they both reveal bombshell news. Hitomi tells Masahiko that she is going to get married in 3 months. Masahiko tells Hitomi that he was informed that he has only 3 months left to live. They are both shocked by each other's news.

Masahiko is strongly opposed to his daughter's marriage because her future husband is an unpopular comedian and is 10 years older than her. Meanwhile, Hitomi tries to persuade her father to get medical treatment. Because they want each other to be happy, they can't give up their position and try to persuade the other person. In the end, they decide they don't want to waste the next 3 months and write down things they want to do. Hitomi writes down things she wants to do before she gets married, and Masahiko writes down things he wants to do before his death.

Meanwhile, Saki, the daughter of Ujihara Takumi, the president of Hamashio Construction, a major general contractor, is kidnapped. The culprit's request is to cancel the land reclamation project in Tokyo Bay, which is being promoted by Hamashio Construction under the leadership of Suzuki Ichiro, the secretary-general of the Democratic Liberal Party. Kenichi becomes a negotiator with the criminal, in order to make a hostage exchange to save Saki. Who is the culprit of the kidnapping case and what is its purpose?
