In her beloved car, "Grace", a wife is on her way to Narita. Following a bus accident that kills her, her husband, Kikuo, gets access to her GPS which contains the history of all the places she travelled to without his knowledge. Suspecting infidelity, Kikuo embarks on a journey to trace the history of the cars GPS in order to solve the mystery.

CHEUNG SEI-WAI (Kwok Chung On) establishes a private school, cultivating young talents. His student and peer-mentor, CHOW KUK (Priscilla Wong), shows genius potential in learning, however, having a smattering knowledge of things, she often misuses idioms. In view of the absurdity of the world, SEI-WAI, a righteous man, feels deeply that education alone can hardly put people on the right track. As fate would have it, he comes across CHAN CHUN-CHUN (Kristal Tin), who is very aggressive and eloquent with incisive writing skills in spite of her dubious background. The pair become a renowned barrister duo, and are regarded as sworn enemy by ill-famed POON KING-CHUEN (Cheung Kwok Keung) and his son POON YEE-MING (Jerry Lamb). SEI-WAI's change greatly disappoints his best friend HA HAU-MO (Mak Cheung Ching). In fact, HAU-MO's father was put to death after being framed by a well-known barrister CHAN MUNG-KAT (Li Shing Cheong) years ago, so he absolutely detests barristers. Although he understands SEI-WAI's intention, HAU-MO gets suspicious of CHUN-CHUN's background. Following an investigation, a miscarriage of justice case closed two decades ago is reopened, whereas a cold-blooded barrister killer suddenly resurfaces. As such, the rumor starts swirling, keeping the entire city on tenterhooks......

The story is set in the fictive Sheng country. He Lan Ming Yu is an honest and bright young lady. In her young years, she gets to know the 9th Prince Xiao Cheng Xu by chance. The two get along well and gradually develop feelings for each other. However, fate turns against them and while fake news that Cheng Xu died on the battlefield spread, Ming Yu is forced to marry Cheng Xu’s third older brother and reigning king Xiao Cheng Rui . Cheng Xu helps Cheng Rui establish a great and stable country through continuous big achievements on the battlefield, but Cheng Rui is filled with jealousy towards his outstanding younger brother. When the truth about the death of Cheng Xu’s mother comes to light, Cheng Xu is determined to usurp the throne to take revenge. But before Cheng Xu succeeds, Cheng Rui dies from an old illness after ordering his son Xiao Qi Yuan to succeed the throne. Three months before the presidential nominating convention, Jang Il Joon, from the New Wave Party, declared his candidacy. On that same day, a woman died in a gas explosion in Sam Chuk. Yoo Min Ki, a documentary producer, heard of his mother's sudden death and headed back home. As he cast his mother's ashes in the sea, he thought of his childhood: his father always blurted out that Min Ki was not his son whenever he was drunk. After the funeral, Min Ki returned to Seoul and Jang Il Joon asked Min Ki to work as a PR agent to record the election campaign process. When Min Ki asked Il Joon why he was chosen, Il Joon confessed that Min Ki was his son. Min Ki soon begins to suspect that his mother's death was not an accident and that Il Joon had actually killed her.

Niuhuru Yee-Lan is a girl who was married to Wu Qin Wang. He had went to war but his body was never found, and he was presumed dead. Empress Dowager Wang didn't take it in, and thought that Yee-Lan was a curse to Wu Qin Wang (Who was Empress Dowager Wang's son) so Empress Dowager Wang had her sentenced to death. To protect Yee-Lan, Emperor Dao Guang made her his Consort. She entered the Harem and soon realized treachery, sinister plots in the Harem. She soon realizes that everyone wanted to be Wan Huang Zhi Wang, and became dragged into the battle.

Bu Xiao Gu (Zhou Dongyu) is a mass communications student who aspires to produce her own television shows. She has always considered Producer Chun Yu Qiao (Luo Jin) to be her role model and enters the same company as him in order to work as an intern. She is disappointed to find out that he is unapproachable and difficult to get along with. She also gets caught in an incident revolving around a live telecast that almost cost her job and misses the deadline to submit her graduate thesis. Surprisingly, he steps up to take the responsibility for the incident which allows her to discover a different side to him.
