The movie revolves around the lives of two people: a famous pop star and a street hobo; both are played by Leehom. The lead female role in this movie will be played by Crystal Liu, who portrays a somewhat nerdy girl in the film. All in all, the movie looks like it’s going to be a romantic comedy

Takiya Genji and his newly formed gang, GPS, have successfully taken over Suzuran and overthrown their former leader, Serizawa. He soon realises however, that reaching the top is tough, but staying there is even tougher. Unity is fast deteriorating as inner turmoil begins to grow within the grounds and loyalty crumbles. Genji is soon beset by a malaise as he doubts his ability as a leader and fighter. Meanwhile, a certain rival school declares all-out war on Suzuran and this conflict will test Genji's ability to rise up to the challenge.

This is a film about a Naval Air Corps Director who hates the war. Director Honda uses this film to ask the question "What is war?", showing the human bonds between Japan and America, Japanese military tactics which had little regard for life, and the attitude of Japanese military personnel who treated their actions as if they were just doing a job. This film contains few battle scenes, concentrating instead on the love stories of young officers and female members of the community in this lonely air base. The setting for this film is Rabaul, an island in Papua New Guinea where the Japanese maintain a military air, the loss of which dealt a decisive blow to the Japanese in the South Pacific Theater. Unlike The Eagle of the Pacific, this movie contains many more dramatic elements. Lt. Wakabayashi, reputed as a daredevil-like leader with his strict way of life...his war friends...the teenage boy pilots in Wakabayashi's squadron...a reporter...the women at the local bar...through all these characters, Director Honda shows a quiet anger towards the spirit of a war which destroys society and shows little regard for human life. Whereas The Eagle of the Pacific utilized a lot of footage from The War at Sea From Hawaii to Malay, this film has many scenes which are well coordinated between the drama and special effects crews. Good examples are the aerial dogfight with the enemy pilot nicknamed 'Yellow Snake', Lt. Wakabayashi attempting a forced landing at the seashore in order to save his friend, and where Lt.Wakabayashi flies into a thunderhead to escape the pursuit of enemy planes. This well-planned combination paved the way for the success of Godzilla later the same year.

Minoru Kawasaki has another crazy film with Neko Ramen Taisho, based on the manga serial Neko Ramen by Kenji Sonishi. The director of Monster X Strikes Back: Attack the G8 Summit and Executive Koala now brings us a film about a cat who operates a Ramen noodle stand. Taishô's father is a supermodel cat, and everybody believes that Taishô will be a supermodel as well. His family has great expectations of him, because he is the eldest son, but he can't bear all the pressure and runs away from home. Unfortunately, he has no clue how to survive on his own, having always been fed and pampered as a model cat. Taishô passes from one job to another, homeless, until he finds his place in a noodle shop, where he becomes a successful cook.

The film will continue the story from the drama of the same name.

Jackie Chan directs himself and fellow martial arts superstar Sammo Hung in the action film Jackie Chan's Project A. Chan plays a 19th century Coast Guard officer who must defend Hong Kong's borders from a variety of smugglers and undesirables. Jackie, like always, is at the centre of all the action (and comedy). What distinguishes Jackie from his Hollywood counterparts is that Jackie is not afraid to do his own stunts- even if it means he will break a few bones- and he tries to show all the action without the needless edits. All in all, if you want an action-comedy then this is it.
