In the late 1970s, on the steam train from Ningyang to Hacheng, young conductor Wang Xin diligently performed his duties among the bustling passengers. Mistaking the old railway policeman Ma Kui for a fugitive, they began an unlikely mentor-disciple relationship. From initial dislike to mutual respect, Wang Xin and Ma Kui fought side by side on the front line of railway public security. They tackled issues such as theft, abduction, drug enforcement, patrolling, and combating thefts and robberies, always prioritizing the safety of every passenger, and selflessly safeguarding the security of trains travelling between north and south. In 1940, Chou Zi Gang, a progressive youth from the Yan’an Anti-Virus University, is suddenly appointed by the central government to establish the Yan’an Nursery. Chou Zi Gang refuses, saying, “I didn’t come to Yan’an to be the king of children. I didn’t expect Mao Ze Dong to be the first to send his daughter Mao Jiao Jiao to the nursery.”

Since then, the orphans of the martyrs, the descendants of the soldiers of the War of Resistance, and the children of revolutionary leaders such as Mao Ze Dong and Liu Bo Cheng are given to the rural women and aunts who are not well-educated or even illiterate. The nursery experiences many historical events such as the “battle against whooping cough”, “Liu Hua Bei’s death”, “renaming to Los Angeles Nursery”, “enemy plane bombing”, “secret counterattack”, “struggling to cross the Yellow River”, “Chinese and foreign journalists visiting group ” and much more.

In 1947, when the Kuomintang bomb Yan’an, Mao Ze Dong and Zhou En Lai instruct that the nursery retreat with the first batch of Zhongzhi agencies. During the retreat, the team of more than 300 people and more than 100 carriages become violently attacked by the enemy.

Adapted from a real story and tells the story of the revolutionary experience of many revolutionary workers fighting to protect the red descendants during the Anti-Japanese War in the 1940s when the Party Central Committee established a nursery school in Yan’an.

Sara Masaki is a detective of Investigation Team 1 at the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. His colleague, Detective Saito Kota, dies during an investigation of a murder case. Afterward, Masaki is transferred to the Personnel Department 1 of the Inspection Division. He still suffers from the death of his colleague. The other workers around Masaki are hostile to him. One day, a letter reaches the personnel department. The letter claims that Detective Minaguchi Nako leaks secret information. Detective Nako used to work with Masaki Investigation Team 1. Masaki begins to investigate the claim in the letter. His investigation leads him to the unsolved case of the death of his colleague.

In her youth, Orayanee had dropped out of University to get married to the business relative of her University classmate, Whim. She obtained two daughters from that marriage. The older was Petchroi, a sweet soft-spoken girl like her mother. The younger is Ployrung whose nature is tough and enterprising. In her entire married life, she only take care of her child and husband because he didn't let her do anything else.

However, after the death of her husband, Orayanee suddenly found herself being ignored by her daughters, Petchroi who had inherited the house, and Ployrung who had taken over the company. In fact, whenever the girls need advice, they always called over their uncle Whim. Even the household servants began to overlook Orayanee. It is at this time that Phumek, an old friend of Orayanee returns to her life.

Meanwhile, Petchroi found herself disappointed with love when her boyfriend cheated on her and got some other girl pregnant. Still, she requires the company of a man, and thus Tacha appears in her life with some hidden purpose.
